I've picked up a few bits today including a really lovely paw patrol hoody from primark... I normally hate character clothing (don't know why, I just do) and I think a lot of it looks really naff, but this was really lovely, so I'm chuffed with that. Also picked up socks for DS and DH along with a couple of pound shop bargains.

We buy for both birthday and xmas at the same time, and then divvy it up when it comes to wrapping, so I feel like I've bought loads already!

Also picked up some flipz (choc covered pretzels) for our Christmas Eve box - I LOVE them, and can never find them anywhere!

Pressed send too soon! The flipz were from pound shop too - they have loads of the American sweets in at the moment, so it's a chunk cheaper than getting them at the American food shops!

Also spotted lots of bits in primark in the reduced section, including bath finger puppets (made from flannel material) - we got to the pirate set for only £1.50 - great stocking filler! They also had jungle book, Micky mouse and whinnie the pooh sets.

Loads of paw patrol stuff reduced in primark - but not clothing, things like crayons, drinks bottles, that kind of thing.

@frid thanks for the suggestion of the google for Argos clearance - some small chad valley cars and Thomas pjs have been ordered for collection tomorrow!

tootsie our B&m sells flipz. I agree they are brilliant! B&m is just fantastic for American sweets. They even sell the lucky charms cereal for £3.49 (tescos and all over shops charge £5 a box!) which our elf of the shelf brings for a North Pole breakfast

Right, another impossible challenge! Has anyone seen a Pokemon onesie, not a pikachu type dress up one, but one like the picture in a size 8/9 years? Although it says they go up to age 11, I can only find 5-6 at best

Don't know whether this will be of use to anyone. I was in Boots today and there was a massive clearance stand full of Boots Botanics skin care ranges reduced to £1-£2 per item. I got 7 things for £10. Might be good for hampers etc.

Hope this works, I have a Fitbit Alta which I love but dh bought this one for himself off aliexpress and he really rates it! Perfect for anyone after a fitness tracker.
