What did you sneakily buy for yourself?

We exchange gifts as normal, but I think most people in the middle of the Christmas shopping end up taking advantage of a deal or popping in something as part of a 3 for 2. You may not be wrapping it up, but it's your gift all the same.

I got:

• Pyjama bottoms from New Look
• A Clinique skincare trio set
• A La Roche Posay toner, to make up the order to get free delivery
• Good quality boot socks
• Peasant blouse in Hollister sale
• Will probably get a diary and calendar in the new year sales.

How about you?

i have overlooked myself for the past 5 and a half years when DS was born and tend to buy for everyone but me. So nothing is the answer, I really need to sort myself out. When i do this is the golden question, OH works every wkd. There's always next year she says.

I had one of the advent perfume houses from m & s
and a sanctuary set part of 3 for 2 and reduced as well, also I ate the salted truffles from aldi which I had bought for my nephew in law , after reading how nice they were on the aldi lidl thread HE GOT THE POUCH OF CELEBRATIONS AND i ATE THE TRUFFLES MWAH HAHA

First time I've done this but I got two chocolate oranges on a bogof and I only needed one, so that's a cosy Friday night in sorted

Loads , I don't shop often and so when I went Christmas shopping I saw lots of things I liked for myself. A handmade necklace, three sweaters, a couple of ceramic things for the house (I went to an artisan fair type thing). I am sure there is more - good job I don't have a shopping habit tbh.

I finished Christmas shopping a few weeks ago so this week I treated myself to the soap and glory case and also a full spectrum night vision go pro for ghost investigations (my hobby)

A friend was selling a brand new and sealed kindle in box as she's a bit skint. Dd has mine, I haven't seen it for weeks and pribably won't for a while. So it made sense to buy it! Had a little money left over and I rarely get anything for myself these days. It arrived yesterday so naturally I ordered some kindle books to read.... Spectacles by Sue Perkins and Inferno by Dan Brown so far! Been curled up in bed for the last 2 hours...bliss...

I nearly (sooo nearly) bought a velvet scarf from H&M , but it looked a bit like a curtain tie-back...... well on anyone else, it'd be a lovely velvet dandy accessory. On me, soft furnishing

Humm, very indulgently bought myself a handbag as I was told that DP wouldn't be getting me a present for Christmas Day itself. I have been lusting after said bag for ages, so decided just to buy it for myself. Trouble is, it's due to be delivered on Tuesday and I will have to not open it and save the packaging to wait until Christmas Day (& then explain to the rest of my family that no, I actually bought it for myself)

Nothing yet but I am planning on buying myself a rather expensive bag when the Boxing Day sale starts online
