Delurking to say thanks for all the bargains so far.

Also, any recommendations for a smart watch or fitbit type thing for an 11 year old? My DS is really keen to get one but I'm not sure what's best for his age or if they're just aimed at adults.

winterisnigh · 29/11/2016 19:59

So, the vista print isnt that great after all as they didnt give figs with VAT. with VAT its normal price

Blu123 · 29/11/2016 20:07

suneetime I was just looking at the Kurio smart watch for my DS. He's 9, so slightly younger, but I've read some reviews from people that have bought the watch for 11 year olds and they seem positive.

verytiredmummy1 · 29/11/2016 20:08

Hatchimals in stock at symths tomorrow apparently :)

MeMyElfandI · 29/11/2016 20:10

Ladies need your help to try to find a bargain Apple Watch. Thought I had struck gold with Argos as they had £60 off but sold out everywhere.

SimplyNigella · 29/11/2016 20:12

IGotta not sure what style you are looking for but how about Fenella Smith, Big Tomato or Jonathan Adler? Rockett St George have lovely ceramics too.

Caroline McGrath has 20% off a set of 2 Normann Copenhagen Stemless Liqueur Glasses which make a lovely gift for anyone looking for drinks related gifts

Lego dimensions starter pack has appeared on ds3's Christmas list. I will need to start googling but if anyone knows of a bargain please let me know.

I have a friend who is a ceramic artist. Otherwise known as a Potter! She may be able to do something custom made for you. If that is of interest, please p.m me and I'll pass on her details

I had a weird thing earlier. I got an email from M&S Sparks telling me they were giving me a free mini Christmas food box and to add it to my basket in the usual way, and the price would be deducted at checkout. All it deducted was delivery so they ended up charging me (£12). I contacted them to say it wasn't such much of a gift so they refunded it and sent me a gift card code. It was a very odd half hour!

EmGee · 29/11/2016 21:40

Oh admiral that is just adorable. Can I have a link please?

AlfieTheRailwayCat · 29/11/2016 23:29

mootime not bargainous but Oliver Bonas is very good for design savvy gifting.

I remember lots of people signing up for the spicery curry club last year, was it good? Thinking maybe for my dad. Does anybody have any discounts for there?

I've got two white stuff codes to add, forgotten the bit of paper though so will post up tomorrow.

GirlWithTheYellowHat · 29/11/2016 23:38

I'm usually a lurker on these (life-saving) threads but just wanted to say tesco direct, as of 5 minutes ago, had the Nintendo mini in stock.

I've been checking stock on various sites every time I've picked my phone up these past few weeks so am crossing fingers it's legit.

Now need to track down a Zoomer hedgiez, also out of stock all over. Was so much easier when they were tinies Grin

sherbertdibdab · 30/11/2016 04:44

Someone got me the spicery 'date night' subscription. It was very nice to receive and made some great food.
The packs through the post were always really well presented and included really nice little extras.
However you had to buy lots of ingredients to complete the recipes so not a gift for anyone on a tight budget.

FallenSky · 30/11/2016 06:20

Unicorn That's so lovely of you to offer, thank you! I've ordered the Asda ones now though. So that's off the list.

Great ideas nocuts thank you

FallenSky · 30/11/2016 06:25

Aaargh! Completely done for DS, who's now excitedly told me that he would like the mini Nes because DanTDM has just uploaded a video of him playing it. Cheers Dan.

SweetPeaPods · 30/11/2016 06:28

Are there any smyths codes around?

Admiralclingus · 30/11/2016 07:55

Have pmd you the link trixy!
