IHopeYouStepOnALegoPiece · 29/11/2016 17:18

bluesky thank you so much! I've been looking for days and not found anything nearly as nice as those!

AmyMumsnet · 29/11/2016 17:27

Don't mean to encourage the twitching but The Entertainer has two four-packs of Playdoh for £5, which equates to a 75% discount

CarrotVan · 29/11/2016 17:31

My six year old daughter loves Deadly 60. Found these Steve Backshall t shirts from Mountain Warehouse on ebay for £1.99 delivered. Would make a good stocking filler or cheap present for birthday parties.

Thank you sweetpeapods. Glad you said that, it does seem a huge price difference for not sure what. Will have a proper look at options tonight.

Trumpton · 29/11/2016 17:54

EmGee

The works
£2 plain but they also have decorated doors .

GodReastieMerryGentlemen · 29/11/2016 18:07

Thank you as you were for finishing the old thread.

Lazz I have a fire which dd uses. She seems to navigate herself around it fine but you'd probably want to buy a sturdy case for it. I believe you can put in place parental controls with it.

Just a reminder there is a zeek referral thread, see link in post two.

Red what a nightmare. I'll keep an eye out.

Not exactly a deal, but if you are trying to book a tesco delivery slot near to Xmas, and none showing click the flexi saver slot and some appear on days that show fully booked otherwise. Hope that helps someone! (disclaimer, may work with other supermarkets!)

mammyaroundmadness · 29/11/2016 18:23

Can anyone recommend me a really nice busy mummy diary?

1122christy · 29/11/2016 18:40

Howmanysleepstilchristmas · 29/11/2016 18:58

I read that as singing frozen duvet! Was wondering how to get kids to sleep with one!

torthecatlady · 29/11/2016 19:01

If anyone bought an Amazon fire tablet (I think) recently, I've just read that the chargers are being recalled. Something about an electric shock?

UnicornMadeOfPinkGlitter · 29/11/2016 19:02

Fallensky I live near an Ikea. Happy to collect and post if you want?

torthecatlady · 29/11/2016 19:02

Saw it on the Hot UK Deals Facebook page.

I've just managed to order a mini nes from Tesco for collection next week. I'm not 100% sure if it's a definite or I'll get an email telling me they haven't actually got any but I've just checked back and they are still showing as in stock.

Igottastartthinkingbee · 29/11/2016 19:20

Does anyone have any ceramics recommendations? I have a £60ish budget for my sil (she's my family secret santa hence the higher budget as I only have her to buy for out of the adults). I always think she's easy to buy for but I'm a bit stumped as I'd like to get her something a bit different. So looking for something stylish/unusual for her amazing kitchen. No sure if she's an Emma Bridgewater fan so looking for other options.

nocutsnobuttsnococonuts · 29/11/2016 19:27

fallen could u use cheap actual saucepans/mini frying pans? You can get them in poundshop or sainsburys has basics ones - the milk pan is about £1.50 :)
My standard gifts for parties are busy books £5 in tesco/sainsburys/Tkmaxx or I buy a pack of books from bookpeople (the 10 for £10 ones - they have a set of disney activity books at the moment) split up and put with a pack of stickers/chocolates or other small gift works out about £2-3. Then I go to card factory and buy the 10 cards for £1 and a big roll of paper. Always ready for a party then!!

red if you have a tiger nearby they are brilliant for sticking fillers. My daughter (3 last year) loved her slinky, stickers, tattoos, bubble wand, cards to play snap, mini magnetic scribbler, little blind bags (shopkins, mashems), whoopee cushion.
