Badders123 · 15/11/2016 11:36

Bugger I was going to get some on Friday! Confused

Badders123 · 15/11/2016 11:36

Yes it is!
And it's £59 til Nov 18th

QuilliamCakespeare · 15/11/2016 11:37

mistress I'd definitely recommend Prime. There's loads of free movies/tv etc included (especially for my toddler) and you also get access to the Kindle lending library.

PhotoBox have got some really good offers on that have just been extended until Thursday.

I have just purchased credits for 6 A3 wall calendars for £60, they are normally £22 each! You get a month to finish them in. I do this every year and their calendars and photo books are lovely.

Just wanted to give my feedback on the everything5pounds website. I ordered 4 items, they took the money but then said 1 item was out of stock so refunded me £5 plus a tiny bit of postage (about 20p). My other three items arrived yesterday and I am very impressed - I ordered jumpers, two of them are from H&M basics range and are fantastic for £5. The other jumper (unbranded) unfortunately has real wool in so I didn't even try it on. They don't offer free returns or anything but do refund a small bit of postage when returns are received. So overall quite a good website.

Badders I went into Lakeland to buy some strawberry popaballs last week - tbey had a few of the ones to go in gin and tonic but said not only were they out of the strawberry ones, the suppliers were too - they hadn't anticipated such a big response so quickly...

So it could take a while for more stock to come through - I had the same response as you when I was talking to the lady!

ASpiderInTheBath · 15/11/2016 12:35

Not bargain related, but can anyone recommend a good Christmas radio station please? Internet / dab or 'normal' radio - all suggestions gratefully received :) I've got an fm station called Always Christmas on at the moment but it's mostly hymns and I'd like a bit of a mixture. (I know it's a bit early to be listening to Christmas songs but I'm feeling quite Christmassy today for some reason Grin) ⛄️🎅🏻🌲

I have not preordered the Nintendo Classic Mini games console!!! Have I a chance to get one and where can I pre order? Argos have in stock in some areas an Atari Flashback 6,console with 100 mini games included. This is reduced from £49.99 to £39.99. I'm not sure to rush out and get this or try for the Nintendo one. Any advice. Great thread!!! Thanks

Amazon is making me very cross today 😡

I need help please oh clever ones! Couldn't decide which advent calendar to buy for my sisters end of November birthday, so had the bright idea of getting a fillable one, only issue is I now realise the boxes are too small for the Yankee samplers and mini gins etc I had planned...any ideas please?? She needs a bit of a pick me up at the moment so thought little treats every day would be nice

TheBriscoesLady · 15/11/2016 12:51

Thanks for the photobox tip Handsfree

Can you personalize them by putting people's birthday's etc in? I do up a set of these every year for my father and parents in law as they're hopeless with remembering dates!

steppemum · 15/11/2016 13:07

oooh my oarcel from The Works has arrived (after I saw stuff advertised on here) I didn't get 30% off as per the mumsnet code, as so much of what I ordered was already discounted, but it was all good bargains.

Really pleased with the quality, London Underground jigsaw, and Salt Water robot (£3) very nice stocking fillers.

handsfree · 15/11/2016 13:14

BlueSkies0207 · 15/11/2016 13:43

Has anyone seen any reasonable ground coffee sets? I want to do an advert calendar for DH but struggling to find anything and the calendars I've seen start at £35. Doesn't need to be 24 as I can do chocs etc too but ideally 10+

FreddieBoswellsHair · 15/11/2016 13:48

We have a prime subscription that should have run out in the next month but because I complain to them everytime they deliver something late etc or bugger up an order somehow I have now got it until March for no extra cash. So keep an eye on your orders and if things aren't as they should be tell them and they will give you an extension for a month everytime. It doesnt really cost them anything either although since they started to use their own couriers most orders turn up when they say they do.
