Also Shopkins 2.99 too

cookiefiend · 13/11/2016 20:11

Sainsburys also do a make your own marshmallow kit for £1.99 I think. Looks ok if it is for your own children (probably not posh enough as a gift)

YoureAllABunchOfBastards · 13/11/2016 20:13

Tarquin's Gin from Cornwall is lush.

I sorted the stash today. I may have gone a little bit mad.

SimplyNigella · 13/11/2016 20:20

Toblerone in store only I think.

Does anyone have a code for Popaball? I thought I saw one on a previous thread but have searched and can't find it.

OvO · 13/11/2016 20:24

Today, my DS was 4 when he got it, still played with years later.

SweetPeaPods · 13/11/2016 20:33

31 Dover is great for spirits and has 10% off ending tonight.
Loads of different gins and rums etc that you can't buy in the supermarket and I've found to be competitively priced also.

todayisabeautifulday · 13/11/2016 21:11

OvO thanks a lot.

starrynight19 · 13/11/2016 21:33

SimplyNigella I have a 10% code with PopaBall10

SimplyNigella · 13/11/2016 21:36

Starry that's fantastic, thank you!

LittleReindeerwithcloggson · 13/11/2016 21:44

Avoca 5 year olds play mini red tennis so you need those tennis balls not the normal ones. Cheapest place is sports direct. Would recommend Head or Wilson for rackets and you can get some good deals at sports direct as well. Make sure it's the right size for her. My DD had a 21 inch racket at that age

Tiggles · 13/11/2016 21:48

Re: pokeballs the ones that our cash converters are selling I would imagine are fake they come in a clear plastic bag but don't have cards in like the ones you see them opening on YouTube. DS was very pleased though as the chap who works there was quite happy for him to open up all of the balls to choose which figure he wanted inside, which I thought was rather noble for the £3 he got in return. They are these ones on Amazon though how Amazon can justify selling empty ones for approx. £5 each is beyond me! Even at £3 each or 4 for a tenner with the figure in I was a bit Hmm.

Tiggles · 13/11/2016 21:50

I should say they were legitimate pokemon characters inside them though, the shop keeper and DS spent a long time naming them all Grin.

OnTheEdgeOfItAll · 13/11/2016 21:56

thanks confuugled, may just do that!

HighDataUsage · 13/11/2016 21:57

Where can I get a Harry Potter pj's from? It's for my tall lanky 9 year old niece. Thanks

Lolly12 · 13/11/2016 21:59

Just doing an Ocado order and noticed some sponge pirate hats for the bath for 1p. Looks like a pricing error but just whacked some onto my shopping order, as will be ok for stocking fillers and party bags. I will give them back to the driver if they rectify the price before my shopping is delivered...

2pandasandapig · 13/11/2016 22:06

Thank you for all the gin recommendations I'm going to investigate them all and see if I can make a decision (unlikely). Now I just need to persuade the child that they don't need a dreaded hatchimal!

Laska5772 · 13/11/2016 22:16

Lurleen Ive just spent £154 and I blame you!! Why did you have to post about facial brushes?? i've ended up getting a v posh one ( Clarisonic smart ) , as a present for me!! (well its my birthday soon and I did get 25% off.. )
so If anyone else wants to spend silly money , Clarisonic website ( sadly not on quidco) , have 15% off and if you sign up to their newsletter first you get an extra 10%

BTW anyone with a House of Fraser card, its 20% off until midnight ..

LookMaAStone · 13/11/2016 22:19

2pandas Isle of Wight Mermaid gin is really nice! They have also just produced a a limited edition Victory gin, but ive not tried that

Ginxed · 13/11/2016 22:21

I need help with a present for my DSIS and BIL. They are fairly affluent, no kids, enjoy the finer things in life. I usually make up a luxury hamper, but I was thinking of a subscriptio for a change. Can anyone recommend an alcohol/posh food/posh chocs subscription for up to £50 please?

Hedgyhoggy · 13/11/2016 22:21

Finally talked ds out of asking Santa for a motorbike. He'd like a playmobil fire engine and perhaps the fire station if I can get them for a good price. Any ideas?

GruffaloPants · 13/11/2016 22:30

Anyone want £10 off first order at Wayfair? If so PM me and I'll do the referral - I get a tenner too.

Fueledwithfairydustandgin · 13/11/2016 22:46

duzz I bought the photo blanket mentioned and the quality is shocking. No way I would give as a gift. Really disappointed
hedgyhoggy playmobil do a motorbike workshop I toyed with getting for DS that seems to drop in price fairly regularly

Hedgyhoggy · 13/11/2016 22:55

That's a fab idea Fueledwith! Thanks

Carrie76 · 13/11/2016 23:11
