So Amazon Black Friday deals start tomorrow?
Is that right?

Whattodowithaminute · 13/11/2016 18:35

Just bought a mini hornit for DS for his scooter (light and horn sounds) : 14.99 on amazon but ex display boxed on eBay for 10.99. Might be a good present for boys or girls and would suit quite a wide age range too.

lionsleepstonight · 13/11/2016 18:37

bettythebuilder I need that Leeds mug too!

Organisednotobsessed · 13/11/2016 18:39

Spaghetti Sainsburys definitely does sell them so worth a pop into store. Otherwise, do you have Amazon Prime? Some on there at a more reasonable price.

Mrsmadevans · 13/11/2016 19:05

Been RL shopping again today bought a Game of thrones t shirt from Asda for dd £8 now I thought that was a good price also bought a mlp head case with hair accessories in for 6.99 at B& M very cute. They had such a lot of stuff there quite honestly you would be hard pushed to find anywhere better to shop methinks !

Spottyladybird · 13/11/2016 19:07

Lidl are doing wooden toys this week, I think it starts on Thursday. Similar to Aldi a few weeks ago with dolls houses etc at about £19.99.

RoastieToastieReastie · 13/11/2016 19:09

Papo Wooden Castle £17 on Amazon. Says a prime price.

I got this for £17 a few years ago and it's so worth it!

Mrsmadevans · 13/11/2016 19:19

Bought the Pandora look alike advent calendars from Aldi today very nice but bracelet very small barely 7 inches and with the charms on I don't think it will fit so am looking for a longer bracelet on ebay now .Also bought the Lacura advent calendar which is now 9.99 half price so looking forward to having a gorgeous face for xmas hahaha yeah!

Mrsmadevans · 13/11/2016 19:20

Brockmans gin is the nicest I've tried.

Highfivethatfart · 13/11/2016 19:31

2pandasandapig you could look at this company for gin - don't know about any special offers etc .....as I think they are just a small brewery

www.twobirdsspirits.co.uk/Home.aspx

Not sure if that link is going to work but you could always Google.....

Badders123 · 13/11/2016 19:35

I recommend both!!!

todayisabeautifulday · 13/11/2016 19:38

JDSTER · 13/11/2016 19:42

JDSTER · 13/11/2016 19:44

That Papo castle is lovely. I bet it's better in real life as well. My son loved his castle from about the age of 4 and we sold it last year when he was 8

ecofreckle · 13/11/2016 19:45

Thank you all for Superdry tips; lots to go on now.

doistay if you want top quality photo puzzle then Wentworth is your best bet but bargainous they are not. DH buys them for me as a treat. I have one of my daughter's face and our wedding day. I love them. Wooden with interesting shaped pieces. But once you've done a Wentworth Puzzle every other puzzle seems lame so it might start an expensive habit.

lifelongfrugaleer thanks for the Sainsbury info. I get confused about this every year for some reason and have to spend ten minutes getting my head around it ahead of a shop! When it says £20 max does that mean goods up tot eh value of £40? I have £115 of points to play with; we've been saving all year.

HungryHorace · 13/11/2016 19:51

Eco, yes, it's £20 points for £40 goods. Last year they gave me a further £10 of points for joining in the double up event. Hopefully they'll do that again this year.

I bought booze only last year. And will do again this year. I've been chipping away at our points as we got to just over £130 and I've been converting them into vouchers to use off my weekly shop since this week's delivery.

I doubt we will have as many points next year; I've no idea how we got that many this year, TBH!

Loadsatulips · 13/11/2016 19:53

I have bought my daughter a brand new superdry hoodie from their eBay outlet. Great saving £26.99 instead of £44.99

SpaghettiMeatballs · 13/11/2016 19:55

organised yes! I do have Amazon Prime. Why didn't I think of that? This is why I have Amazon Prime!

sh700 · 13/11/2016 20:05

2pandas - I'm in Hampshire and we have a local gin called Twisted Nose which is lovely.
Also Surrey based Silent Pool is good.

If you google either of those you'll find suppliers.

Damn it, I now want a G&T!Xmas Grin

Mrsmadevans · 13/11/2016 20:07
