Ooh thank you Duchess - I'll have a look in there next week.

d270r0 · 12/11/2016 14:32

Was just on amazon, and noticed where it says details about you in black along the screen, recent orders etc., it said 'gift card balance- top up with £100 to recieve extra £5'. So I did it, effectively its buying yourself a £100 voucher (valid for 10 years) and they give you an extra £5 free. Worth it if you use amazon a lot.

LBOCS2 · 12/11/2016 14:33

That's a bargain for the Hatchimal, I paid £60 for ours which is the UK sale price.

YouMeanYouForgotCranberriesToo · 12/11/2016 14:34

LBOCS2 I would definitely recommend this frozen board game or the cinderella game that is the same. Weve had the cinderella one since dd1 was 3 and she's always been able to play it with no help and still likes it at 6 1/2. I think you might get it cheaper though.

YouMeanYouForgotCranberriesToo · 12/11/2016 14:35

Has anyone seen a good monsoon code? I've fallen in love with a dress but it's £109!Shock

Lapinlapin · 12/11/2016 14:44

Am I missing something?

Am desperate for a Hatchimal but can't see one on amazon.de for the price mentioned by SideOrder. The cheapest I can see is €82, and that's before postage.

Lapinlapin

I can't believe it. It's bloody sold out at the price!

Lapinlapin · 12/11/2016 14:56

Ah, that makes sense. They are selling out so quickly at £60, so anything less is a bargain. Bet they sold out in seconds!

SideOrderofChip · 12/11/2016 15:09

stock informer for hatchimals

SideOrderofChip · 12/11/2016 15:09

More than likely! I was just looking to
See for people on the thread. I'm thanking whatever deity that mine haven't asked for it!!

SideOrderofChip · 12/11/2016 15:11

Lapinlapin I'm popping into town on Monday. I can look in our local stores for you if you want?

ChristmasSeacow · 12/11/2016 15:28

Code for 20% off piajewellery.com

PC16C valid to 24/12.

They do some lovely stuff, mostly silver jewellery but other stuff as well (watches, bags etc).

mammyaroundmadness · 12/11/2016 15:34

Sorry may sound a bit dumb but what do you do with those chocolate stirrers? was thinking of doing mugs of hot choc for teacher gifts thinking they may have been a nice addition.

RoastieToastieReastie · 12/11/2016 15:39

Mammy I've never used one but I always thought you warmed up milk and stirred the chocolate he milk and the chocolate melted and made it into hot choc.

Someone earlier mentioned yo-kai which I'd never heard of but happened to see these while shopping IRL yo-kai annual

Chocolateteabag · 12/11/2016 15:50

Please don't shoot me but does anyone have a (whispers) Hush code they aren't using - a dress I really really want has come back into stock. A £10 off £30+ spend would help and you can't let me pay them full price for something can you?

LBOCS2 · 12/11/2016 16:01

lapin, I got ours using the stock informer website at about 5.30am last Friday. It is pretty accurate but you need to either check it all the time or have it running in the background. They're not bargains at all but given that DD1's starting point for her birthday present was 'a parrot', I think we did well to negotiate her down!

GAP has 30% off again, on their website.

Pengweng · 12/11/2016 16:09

I got my M&S advent calendar this morning and i'm quite excited. Also got the two christmas jumpers i bought for the DTs but the pink robot one is tiny. I order size 5-6 even though she is just 4 as they only started at that size and it is seriously tiny. I dread to think what will happen when i wash it so going to get DH to take it back as he works near a big M&S and see if he can get a larger size. The light up reindeer one i bought in age 4-5 is bigger so i'm a bit cross about the inconsistency in sizing.

goldielookingchain · 12/11/2016 16:22

20% of river island, ends tomorrow code FESTIVE16

Ginxed · 12/11/2016 16:33

The Works have got cosmetics advent calendars for £7 at the moment when you buy anything else (normally £10 which is still bargainous). Contents look good for preteens, I got one for my 7 year old.

ScarlettDarling · 12/11/2016 16:33

Woodwaj glad you got your marshmallow kit, still no sign of mine and despite sending them 2 emails, I've not heard a thing back from them. I think their customer service is shoddy.

GerrardWinstanley · 12/11/2016 16:34

Mammy as Reastie said you just stir them into warmed milk.

HungryHorace · 12/11/2016 16:36

How come so many of you already have your advent calendars?! Mine is awaiting dispatch still. That worries me re stock levels! I'm probably just paranoid though. 😂

LBOCS2 · 12/11/2016 16:37

My local ALDI has the lacura advent calendars reduced to £9.99 from £19.99 too.

I've realised how many of my recommendations relate to ALDI. I don't live in there, honest!
