Sizing not as generous as I'd expected - I think al of BabyDragon's things won't last her til 18 months. They're all lovely though. Gorgeous teal cord trousers are my favourite. Still to try my things on!

cant i quickshop now, i did a big order in the week using the naughty code but cant get onto it now ?

Bought some ski stuff on the Quickshop/code last weekend , part delivered on Wednesday but have returned it to our local store today as decided it was way too bulky for dd to ski in properly ! The store staff seemed very confused when I said I'd paid by credit card rather than via an account, accepted the return but said it would be credited to my account and if I want it go back onto the card I'd have to call them direct - is this correct ?

The money should be refunded onto your card by Next.com, the store staff can't do it directly. At least this is what the website implies under their "returns" bit. I returned a couple of things today and will see if it goes back onto my card Ok.

My dp returned an item to Next which was previously paid from his credit card at a store. The store said that they couldn't refund his account but instead he got a credit card for the same value. Sounds a bit odd don't you think, I'm sure I've returned goods before that was refuned back to my credit card account.
