It won't let me set up an account - says there's an error, but even before that it had all reverted back to full price, despite using quickshop and changing the codes to GP4 .

Got it to stick with the sale prices this time (think if you go back to delete anything after picking initially all the prices change back), but it still won't let me pay, either by setting up an account or paying on credit card. has now changed to !!

Does anyone know when the RL Next sale starts??

DH thinks it is Boxing Day, and is preparing to drive to one at a retail park at 5am before our guests arrive

I managed to delete items, add items, create an account and pay by credit card withiut the prices reverting. I still won't believe it until I have the items andbeen charged only the reduced amounts though

I'm on the phone to them now - I've set up an account but they won't tell me my account number!!!!!! Tried to order by phone but they won't give me the sale prices (unsurprisingly!), so I'm on hold to get through to customer services to try and persuade them to tell me my account number.

I've just done my order and I was passed this by someone at work!!! Didn't think it was all that but got loads of stuff for ds!!

If you order things from Next on christmas eve, you get charged sale prices when the goods and ibvoice come through.

I did this last year on loads of items.

If for some reason you do get charged full price, just call them once the goods have been delivered and get them to alter the price.

Oh this is laughable. Spoke to customer services who won't give out customer number, so I spoke to their supervisor, who still wouldn't. He said I couldn't go into store and find it out, as they are retail and are totally separate (WTF?!). He said he could put it in the post, but he couldn't tell me over the phone due to security reasons. I tried to point out that it was more secure to tell me than to put it in the post, but he couldn't get past the fact that it was 'company policy'. I suggested he could e-mail it to me, and he seemed to think that this was ok as long as the email address was registered with the account. BUT he couldn't register the e-mail address, and even after speaking to his IT department he couldn't find a way to do so prior to the sale starting .

So I told them to cancel the bloody account as it was no bloody use to me, and that I wouldn't be shopping at Next again.

So, who wants to do my shopping for me .

Another happy customer here, was initially dubious, but managed to set up account, buy £200 of stuff, delete items, change sizes etc. I don't actually have an account number yet though, however my account has been set up and my order confirmed by email.

Roll on delivery on Jan 1st

Did any of you who set up an account last night do so from Firefox? DH has just managed to do it from IE, so wondering if it was a browser problem.

hmm - he still got an error at the final stage, so now has an account (but doesn't know the number) but doesn't know if he has placed an order or not. How long did your order confirmation e-mails take to come through?

We're not stupid people honestly - both work in IT so we do know what we're doing!!

I set up an account last night (actually think I may have set up 2 as accidently remove all items from my bag 1st time and because it wont give you the account number had to do it all again!!!) Confirmation order email arived about 10 minutes after I had done the address confirmation for delivery. HTH x

got the confirmation a few moments after ordering,I didn't know my account number,registered as a new account holder before checking out.
