Where was the baileys? I've just wandered all round morrisons without spotting it did I have the wrong supermarket??

G1veMeStrength · 04/12/2015 14:12

Flat mouse I know what you mean, I've just had a similar trip. Have a look at ethical superstore, they are good for 'naice thugs for friends'.

G1veMeStrength · 04/12/2015 14:12

Argh, naice THINGS.

RockChick1984 sorry link won't work. If you search Personalised Glasses Cleaning Cloth on eBay, it should come up.

PipersOrange · 04/12/2015 14:36

35% off gap with code JollyGap, is there a 40% off code anywhere [santa]

SamSeaborn · 04/12/2015 14:38

Just had a delivery from fragrancedirect.co.uk with a flyer with money off codes - SANTA3 for £3 off £30 spend and SANTA5 for £5 off £50.

margaritasbythesea · 04/12/2015 14:43

CHIMNEY= £10 off £30 spend at Frugi.

For the poster who was looking for a secret santa for a 7 year old boy who liked practical jokes - I saw a practical joke set in The Works in their 2 for £10 offer.

Iggi999 · 04/12/2015 14:47

I got one of those Star Wars usb sticks in the post today, it looks really nice. No packaging though.
Am worrying about my Amazon deliveries now the bridge is shut!

flatmouse · 04/12/2015 14:56

Thanks G1ve - she may just want a Thug! Iggi was that from ebay? I ordered 4 USB sticks mid Nov - but delivery can be any time up til 16th Dec - doesn't leave long if they don't come!
30POP30 at Photobox for 30% off (it says i need to log in with my account - but presumably will work for any existing account holder when logged in - give it a go if you need it though)

NoManJan · 04/12/2015 16:23

Does anyone know if m&s have their tins biscuits on offer? I'm thought they were 3 for 2 last week but I may have just imagined it or may have been just for black Friday.

VinoTime · 04/12/2015 16:27

Just popping in quickly to recommend this fab little website I found earlier this morning. It's called ToyDay and they sell lots of classic/retro toys that I remember as a child Xmas Grin The prices are really reasonable and delivery is only £2.95 or free on orders over £35.00.

Bits that I grabbed for 8 yo DD:

Fashion wheel

A box of worry dolls

Make your own fortune teller kit

Box of jumping beans

Glow in the dark stars

Felt ever so nostalgic placing the order. Sigh. Xmas Smile

neddle · 04/12/2015 16:36

Iggi what bridge is shut? Are you on a Scottish Island? {Remembering the thread where we were all Scottish!}

neddle · 04/12/2015 16:37

I went to a Christmas fair last night - the decorations were lovely and they had an amazing choir singing there. Had some stalls selling different things, but nothing that was right for anyone I still have to buy for.

perfumedlife · 04/12/2015 16:37

Forth road bridge is shut until after New Year! Nightmare.

florenceandermintrude · 04/12/2015 16:42

NoManJan - this morning at my local store M&S biscuits were 2 for £7, or £6 each!

Iggi999 · 04/12/2015 17:11

Sorry, it's the fridge that connects Fife to Edinburgh. There is a large Amazon depot in Fife, they will have to go the long way round.
If only late deliveries was all the hassle this will cause me!
I have bought paw patrol style soft toys (ie not official ones) from this seller on eBay - jbintluk 6819. Decent enough, three year old won't know the difference and it's a UK seller so came in less than a week.

The usb stick I ordered was another eBay seller 2015luckystar 1315. It came from Hong Kong (iirc) and took one week.

Iggi999 · 04/12/2015 17:15

Bridge even. That would be one hell of a fridge.

ChoccyJules · 04/12/2015 17:19

So if I had an idea for flatmouse but the site I wanted to link to was mine, that's advertising right? And strictly forbidden.

G1veMeStrength · 04/12/2015 17:27

Choccy jules, what sort of idea? You can tell me more about it because I have asked you and you're being open about it being your site.

If for example you pretended to be a happy Christmas tree customer, that wouldn't be ok though.

ChoccyJules · 04/12/2015 17:37

I make jewellery and accessories and have a bracelet around that price mark. I have an Etsy shop (among others) and pay tax on sales.

NoManJan · 04/12/2015 17:44

Oh fab florenceandermintrude thank you Flowers

nocutsnobuttsnococonuts · 04/12/2015 17:50

just wanted to say anyone looking for the paw patrol pups with badges, especially the harder to find ones they are all instock on amazon.com for $8.99 each or $14.61 for the 3 packs. they also had pups with cowboy hats on for $4.50 each. lots of other bits on there too.

so i managed to get the set with rocky, zuma and chase plus a dry erase marker pup pad for £23ish including expedited (middle choice) postage. saves me messing around with argos trying to exchange my 3 for 2 ones, i have just sold the 2 robo pups and ryder on ebay for a bit more than rrp covering fees/postage and a tiny bit of profit as i thought zuma, rocky and chase would cost me more. so very happy and fingers crossed they turn up in time Grin

GirlWithTheYellowHat · 04/12/2015 17:54

Was someone looking for a rainbow?
