Woodwaj Greenalls London dry gin is reduced to a bargain £10 a bottle on Ocado this week.

SurvivalOfTheUnfittest · 02/12/2015 21:46

Have been following for the last few years but not posted yet this season. Thank you for the bargainous tips.

I wonder if anyone can shed some light..

I want to buy a Calvin Klein aftershave as a gift and it is half price today according to my Debenhams email. I have a £10 off voucher to use in store. Does anyone know if today's deal is likely to still be on when I get in store tomorrow or are this week's deals changing daily?

itsonlysubterfuge · 02/12/2015 22:02

SirNiallDementia They are doing a 12 days of Christmas type thing with a different offer everyday, I'll keep my eye out for you. I think they have Yankee candles in Debenhams, and I know they do them in boots, it's just whether or not they would be on offer. Sorry I can't be of more help.

PresidentUnderwood · 02/12/2015 22:25

Does anyone know when (or if) M&S will be doing their next 20% friends and family offer? Some lovely boots I want for ME ME ME!

Ilikesweetpeas · 02/12/2015 22:27

If you spend £35 in L'Occitane and use the code TREAT you get a gift worth £21 which has 4 x 75ml shower gels.

Not a Christmassy request but has anyone seen any codes for Brantano or Clarks. DD's startrite shoes which she got in Sept have a hole in them. She was complaining of wet feet and I told her not to jump in puddles until she took her shoes off and showed me the sole! I'm not impressed with startrite so trying to get a clarks pair a bit cheaper than rrp. I don't live near an outlet store.

zipzap · 02/12/2015 22:31

BaBaBa Boots often have quite nice photo albums - and I've never noticed them not be on buy one, get one free deals...

The other place is to try a stationery shop, like staples, they sometimes have some that are not very pretty but are cheap, neat and compact, with the funny plastic cover stuff that's also used for files and folders and the like. My mum in particular prefers these to have as a little book of photos to show her friends, rather than a big beautiful but bulky one.

spub · 02/12/2015 22:35

I like,
Clarks have 50% off selected styles at mo. Kids included. Hope you find some boots Smile

poppetina · 02/12/2015 22:36

Thanks mooseymoo, there's a mccolls near my work so will have to pop in tomorrow. And then immediately bin recycle the Daily fail!

Ilikesweetpeas · 02/12/2015 22:41

sbub
Thank you, there was nothing for school in her size but I got some bargainous gold shoes to match her Christmas Day outfit! Still on the lookout for sensible black patent leather though...

thegoldenframe · 02/12/2015 22:53

Up to 50% off lots of toys and games at Amazon

Chocolateteabag · 02/12/2015 22:55

President - have you signed up to get a Sparks card with M&S yet? As I have heard that they are moving more towards having the offers only via that. When I signed up I got a 24 hour 20% off clothing offer - so may be worth a punt if you've not got one. If you have already got one then try signing into your account then putting the boots (which ones?) in your basket and leaving them there to see if that triggers something?

woodwaj · 02/12/2015 23:18

chocolateteabag I recently got a sparks card and it let me pick 2 offers valid for 1 week one was 20% off clothing. Good idea!

thegoldenframe · 02/12/2015 23:23

Buy 2 selected games and save 30% off the total when entering code 2GAMES30 at checkout :)

WindTheFrog · 02/12/2015 23:36

Was it someone here that was looking for a ride on toy? Just seen this tractor in tesco for £10

Kerrierr · 02/12/2015 23:37

Hi guys can anyone recommend any decent deals on note books or stationery type gifts for my female friend.

DillieDoily · 03/12/2015 00:16

Where is the best place to buy cheap Wallet Ninjas that come in decent packaging? I need 5 of them but the cheapest ones I can find seem to just come in an envelope rather than proper packaging

RJnomore1 · 03/12/2015 00:25

Terrible customer service from Tesco re the Xbox. I emailed on 27th to say the Xbox was£40 cheaper and I received it three days before. It took nearly four days to respond; ident the order number I reply as requested, tonight they got back to say it's gone up now to £30 more than I paid.

I know they aren't obliged to refund but I've pointed out that it's due to their slow response, I could hVe returned the original under distance selling regs and reordered on 27th but I thought this was easier all round, it's very disappointing given their competitors customer service and can they escalate the query to a manager.

Just thought I'd share they're a bit crab with you all.

eastmidswarwicknightnanny · 03/12/2015 02:16

Can't believe that I looked at toot toot advent on Sat in John Lewis and no price on shelf assumed a BF deal had ended but now wondering if they were £10 then and now out stock online and no argos near me or any family member across the country has one in stock as they are 12.49 there. Equally the Lego city one is out stock in the whole world at argos!!

Real life has got in the way this week but I am back on it now. Spending this morning running around picking up all my click and collect orders... I didn't realise there were so many until I scanned my emails. M&S, Monsoon, the Works, Boots, Next and then Zara and House of Fraser at the weekend. Almost finished now, just aftershave for DH and a gift for a baby due on Christmas day to go! [santa]
