Dd has just started to wear a bit of make up and I thought I'd get her some this year.

I have no idea what brand or what sort of thing to get. She has one mascara and uses a bit of foundation/tinted moisturiser.

Are there any nice sets around that she might like?

That's a really good idea need Do you get 25 things, one behind each door? Or less than that?

I second Make Up Revolution. You can get it from SuperDrug . They do awesome palettes which are 'dupes' for the expensive brands and they really are exactly the same and amazing quality.

I do own MAC and urban decay but only get them for treats/ xmas/ birthday and it really does have to be worth the money.

My favourite brand when I was a teenager was Barry m and I still have a lot of the stuff now Blush

That sounds fab, if it was more you wouldn't be able to fit them in the case! It's out of stock at the moment, will keep an eye. Thanks for all the helpful suggestions Smile

I cant afford Mac let alone buy it for my DD.

id stick to budget brands. rimmel etc are fine. superdrug own brand and boots.

I saw a post from my DD's pal who is 11, who posted a pic in Instagram of her goodies from Mac. "my bill was over £100".She's 11Shock

My 13year old only wears urban decay, benefit, bare minerals etc when she sneaks mine! I buy her collection, rimmel etc and bits from b&ms.
