Ideas please for very special pamper box

My lovely DiL is due to give birth to a little girl just before Christmas. It seems as though everyone is buying them baby things for Christmas gifts this year, but I want to do something just for her.
She plans to bf, so booze is out always the first thing I buy
so up until now all I can think of are lovely smellies (I am not a smellies person, so recommendations please), posh chocs, glossy magazines - should these be baby related, or a world away from babies?

I really want to make it special for her, so any new mums, what would you have loved? And anyone who has done this before - help!

I don't know what your budget is, but.... the things I most liked in the first 6 months were - my breastfeeding nightdress from hotmilk and my breastfeeding PJs (I had one child in winter and one in summer!). I also had other tops that I could just unbutton and phase eight dresses that just stretched, plus some lovely jojomaman bf tops. Also, I drank - obviously not lots! - but I would often have a small glass of wine when I sat down to breastfeed in the evening. By the time the alcohol hits your breastmilk the baby is asleep. And surfing the internet on my phone... Good luck, your DIL is lucky!

I have ordered a few of those cards, although I was very tempted by the banana one!

Off to look at the jewellery - yes, I know the name, and that sounds lovely!
