Dd has just asked FC for a frozen doctors kit. They don't even exist! She also keeps asking for frozen dolls but she never actually plays with barbie type dolls so she won't be getting any...

You tube mad DD (13) ...think she'll be happy but at the moment not looking good (she doesn't believe in Santa but DD2 does...so we keep up the pretense)
She wanted a pointless book - friend had already bought as a Secret santa
Zoella book - until she heard it was crap and written by a ghost writer
A Dan & Phil 'whiskers' tshirt - discovered we are talking £20 for this delivered but would have got one except they are out of stock - and the ebay etc ones are the 'old style' she doesn't want...thought I might get her a mug or even stuff for a pencil case but everything was out of stock
Only thing she asked for she is getting is her laptop fixed...(she was carrying it around by the screen then wondered why the screen stopped working ) Anyway it has been done (only £30!) but she's been told it was too expensive and she can't have a new one because she didn't look after this one ....and so she doesn't get suspicious it is currently sitting on display in my junk room waiting to be recycled

Ds wanted a talking Henry Hugglemonster and another transformer but he's getting a real motorbike so not much else and he understands that.

To the pp asking about reindeer socks: I got ds (5) some from Morrisons. Half the Rudolph is on one foot and half on the other so when you put your feet together they make the full picture, which I think ds will love. They also came with a Santa pair and were only £2.

This will completely out me to any of my friends that happen to be on here but DS2 is adamant that Father Christmas is bringing him a Fireman's Pole. He even asked him for him when we visited him...Father Christmas was amazing and said that they needed to keep them for real fireman and that it would be too difficult to fit on the sleigh but he is still convinced when he wakes up christmas morning there will be a hole cut in the ceiling and a pole down from his bedroom.

He has actually got a huge Bruder Fire Engine, Fireman's outfit/helmet and proper walkie talkies so Im sure he will be happy but I just know he is going to ask why he didn't get a Fireman's Pole!

So then I told him that he'd left it a bit late. . .

I have actually already got him a plush Perry The Platypus which will be staring sternly at him out of his stocking on Christmas morning, so hopefully that will suffice.

For weeks DD has been asking for the Playmobil Animal Clinic as her present from us (so I got that). Yesterday we went to see FC and she says that what she really wants is the Playmobil stables.

She also wants something to help her fly. That wont be happening either!

New moshi monster toys ( only came out this week )
