Christmas fruit and nut biscotti! Really easy, looks and tastes great. I've made a big batch to give as gifts. Recipe is on the bbc website - Google Christmas biscotti. Yum!

There will be more baking but I haven't decided what else yet. DC's want to make jam tarts for Santa so that's easy enough.

cakewitch · 21/12/2014 23:27

Ooohhhh... A raised pork and apricot pie, sausage rolls, smoked salmon and asparagus quiche, and a chocolate salted caramel cheesecake.

Millionaires shortbread
Mince pies
Gingerbread biscuits
Caramelised onion and cheese tartlets
Tomato and brocolli quiche

I have lots of salads etc to throw together tomorrow but most of it is ready.

Nigella's Christmas morning muffins
Yule log

Cherrychocolate · 22/12/2014 00:35

Shortbread stars for Santa........that's it! Oh and the kids want to make a sleigh out of mini rolls, choc fingers, Jaffa cakes, skittles and candy canes (but that doesn't count, as no baking involved, just lots and lots of mess!)
I have no idea how to make this btw, just going with the flow.......

Mouthfulofquiz · 22/12/2014 00:44

I'm doing some mincemeat and marzipan puff pastry things. Mainly as a vehicle for getting marzipan into my gob.

HemanOrSheRa · 22/12/2014 00:48

I 3rd lazymummy with the christmas biscotti. Easy, looks good, tastes great and keeps for ages. I have made eccles cake mince pies (in the freezer). Over the next couple of days I'll bake 2 fruit tea loaves (from the goodfood website), bread, a yule log and a cheese and onion slice (also from GF website). Maybe a gingerbread house too....
