What are you all baking for Christmas?

I may steal ideas as I only have mincepies to do.

Oh and fudge

Mince pies
Chicken pie

More mince pies, a Christmas pudding shaped vanilla sponge cake and apple crumble tartlets.

Mince pies,
Jam tarts,
Lemon tarts,
Coconut tarts,
Bakewell tarts,
Sausage rolls,
Yule log
Fairy cakes and anything else that takes my fancy once I've started.

Nothing - I'm in my late 50s now and for years have home made everything - now I accept that as my family don't even eat mince pies/Christmas cake/Christmas pudding/any sweet treats there is absolutely no point. It's only me that eats them and I am big enough.

I am even thinking of buying in the bread sauce this year. .

I usually do loads of baking for Christmas (I usually make massive food hampers), but not this year.

I'm doing:

Cheese and parma ham palmiers
Cheese twists
Mars bar vodka (I'm counting this as baking )
A massively deep pan pizza (massively deep!)
Bruschetta canapes
Chocolate fudge cake
A savoury couronne
Filled jacket potato skins
Sausage rolls
Cheese and onion rolls

I think there may be something else but I can't remember.

Between my and my DDs we are making:
Chocolate log
Ginger tray bake
Christmas cupcakes
Christmas muffins (Nigella)
Cranberry upside down cake
Apple pie
Plum crumble
Clementine cake
Truffles
Is that enough do you think?

Banana and choc chip muffins for my dad as that's what he asked for.
And a reindeer chocolate cake for Xmas day

Christmas cake (baked months ago so only had to marzipan and ice it this week)

Spekulaas style spice cookies
Stained glass window spice cookies
Sausage rolls

DH is dairy intolerant so going to try making fudge with coconut milk and coconut oil rather than milk and butter. Fingers crossed.

Tyrol loaf cake (to have on Christmas morning)
Chocolate brownies
Gingerbread biscuits
Not baking as such but assembling a rocky road house
And when I get my hands on it chocolate orange chip cookies.

I'm allergic to eggs so I do a fair bit of baking.

Oh and before I forget gluten free onion bhajis and samosas for my coeliac friend.
