Mrs Asprey - what are you looking at on the Handpickedcollection?

I got some stuff in their Jan sale this year (which is worth looking out for) and everything was nice quality - photo tray, wine glass holder for bath, black lab key ring, bud vase caterpillar thingy, disc earrings that K-Mid has.

!!!And don't forget 9.4% cash back via TCB!

present finder.co.uk is another site with some different things, 8% cash back I think from TCB too

Thanks to the heads up on here I did the double up nectar points thing today. I've now got a £40 voucher to spend on toys! I'm so pleased, especially as I didn't have a clue how many nectar points I had. Will head off to our local big Sainsbury's tomorrow to see what I can find.

I've also bought dh a polo shirt from CT for under a fiver. Thanks so much to those who posted the code and the info about free delivery. It worked for me, although initially I tried to buy some socks. It said free delivery, but as soon as I entered the £10 off code, the delivery price shot up! So, I've a feeling you need to be spending over £10 for both the code and free delivery to work. Hope that helps whoever was having trouble with it.

I've also managed to get some Melissa and Doug stuff from the amazon lightening deals, and now quite looking forward to next week. Encouraged by all the pros on here, I'm really getting into this bargain hunting malarkey now Smile

Flowers Reastie

Not very christmassy but hopefully a useful bargain for someone - M&M have got lots of cheap converse shoes/boots in - some with savings of 60%.
www.mandmdirect.com/01/converse/

They also have a christmas section with lots of reduced things in and say that things can be returned after christmas. There's also a free delivery code written on the site if you spend over £50.

I managed to get three orders from CT - using 3 different email addresses. Tried to do the 4th and it spotted that I'd already used the code. Only difference was I hadn't closed down all the other CT tabs I had open as I had done before, and even after doing all that and trying again it spotted again that I'd used the code before. So if you are doing multiple attempts, make sure that not only do you log out, but you don't have any windows that are open both times.

It may well be that I could clear a cookie and it would be ok but actually 3 is probably more than enough polo shirts for dh! (although as he doesn't like clothes shopping much I suspect several of his were bought around the end of the last millennium as they're definitely looking past it and in need of being retired so he does need some). It also says something about one code per household but if you have somebody else you could get it delivered to not sure if that would count as a different household...

And it let me order three times for less than a tenner.

Bizarrely when I opened the link on the previous thread on my phone it showed the free delivery. when I opened the same link on my pc it didn't - I had to go through google to get it. Confused

Boden have 30% off some baby stuff. Annoyingly the 25% off EVERYTHING code they sent me won't work on the reduced stuff. Surely everything should mean everything?

Ebay are currently having a Wow weekend again with lots more special offers.

Spotted a WiiU with 3 games for £160 instead of £250 which looked a good deal. Same pack is going for £210 on Amazon.

Lots of other things on there too.

Thanks to whoever it was who mentioned the blue nose friends in HB. dd has fallen in love with an old one of mine I found in a box the other day and they are a perfect alternative at £2 for 4 characters! She is almost 3 so am reluctant to buy her SF but she is now tucked up in bed with her "new nose friends". My aunt also bought her the car for £3!

HB had some good moshi monster buys too... An encyclopaedia I'd looked at online this morning (£12) for £1.50 (what's this ones name mommy? What's this name? Gaaaaah!) And a playground for £15

They had adult Christmas jumpers £6
Christmas mugs 99p
I found the gogos platespinner was looking for a few threads back for 40p a bag
Lots of Christmas craft stuff for £1 or less
Cute little gingerbread houses (about 1 1/2 inches) for about £1

I need a trip back in next week to twitch manically pick up some more stocking bits!

I got some " chocolate sprouts" for DDS dad from m&s too for £1.50! Quite a big bag for the money!
