lottie primark pjs are about £5-£7.

Brill discount on M&S thanks and CT - got DS1 (Shock but he is a v tall 15yo) a lovely polo for £5.

Blondieminx · 23/11/2014 02:59

Patisserie Valerie are doing a deal for 2 hot drinks and 2 mince pies for a fiver via Amazon Local - a slightly cheaper way of having that treat whilst out Christmas shopping!

Sorry if this has already been posted, these threads move so fast!!

Methenyouplus4 · 23/11/2014 05:53

Another black Friday question: I found something I'd like and the time it starts, but what do I do at that time? If I search for that item on Amazon will the deal just come up or is there a special section I need to go in?

LinzerTorte · 23/11/2014 06:41

WildFlowers Not sure if it's too late for you now, but AFPINE gives free delivery on Book People orders over £10 (it expires tomorrow).

SmileAndNod · 23/11/2014 07:31

Christmas wreaths in Lidl from next Thursday, £5Smile. We bought one last year didn't want to risk anything too expensive as it would probably get stolen round here and it was actually really good. Lasted the whole season. Quite basic, so you could add your own bits in if you felt inclined.

Was going to mention the Patisserie Valerie Amazon offer but been beaten to it!

methenyouplus4 my lightning deal tip if there's something you really want is to have it on your laptop/PC rather than on a phone and then there's an option to filter by department. If you do this before it starts then it doesn't have to load all of them, just the ones in, for example, toys, so you can get into them quicker. Worked every time for me last year.

Elvish · 23/11/2014 07:59

I really want a wreath so thanks for the tip SmileAndNod Thanks how did you attach it to your door? I've never had one but I think it would look great with my bargain Christmas doormat (£1.99 from the co-op!)

GoofyIsACow · 23/11/2014 08:07

Andadiet that is a great tip for lightening deals thankyou :)

Elvish, get a wreath hanger, it hooks over the top of the door and has a hook for the wreath. They are a couple of £ and are everywhere at this time of year

Elvish · 23/11/2014 08:07

First twitch of the season, just bought DS a Thomas pillow pet in the lightening deals - £11 was too good to miss right?

afreshstartplease · 23/11/2014 08:08

I am so close to twitching

I must sit on my hands I must sit on my hands

Ajaney · 23/11/2014 08:15

My DS is in reception and there is a total of 6 adults (job share teachers plus TA's) and we also use after school club twice a week. Looking for craft packs so we can make Christmas cards - any recommendations?

dancingwitch · 23/11/2014 08:16

For those who missed out on the Playmobil hotel when it was on lightning deals, it is now £63 which is its best price (other than when on LD) all year. I am continuing to kick myself for twitching when it was £80!
Those with the M&S orders - hang in there yet as their system seems to go a bit crazy during the 20% off bit. On Two occasions I have had the everything out of stock & was a bit Confused. With one order where they hadn't given me a refund, I got an email two days later saying it had arrived for collection so I went & collected it & it was all there. With my other order (a few weeks later), I'd actually placed two orders on the same day as forgot something the first time & it was the first order (with £60 of stuff) that I was told was out of stock & the refund was processed but, when I went to the store to collect the second order, they gave me a large parcel which also contained my first order. I rang M&S to tell then there had been a glitch & I had collected stuff for which they had given me a refund, they told me it was impossible, they had no record of the items being despatched etc so it was actually free!

Ajaney · 23/11/2014 08:19

Elvish

Just went to look at Thomas pillow pet, came back with Galt Marble Run 60 piece £11 on Lightening deals. Still available just now.

mummy2angel · 23/11/2014 08:32

Moonpig have 50% off when you buy 5 cards

afreshstartplease · 23/11/2014 08:35

Has anyone bought either a teksta trex or a zoomer dino?

Neeko · 23/11/2014 09:01

Ajaney. My friend bought a Christmas craft pack yesterday from the entertainer for £5. No idea what was in it but was quite big.

trixymalixy · 23/11/2014 09:01

Just bought the marble run, thanks. My tip for lightning deals is to put the item you particularly want into your basket ahead of the deal coming up. Then you're not having to search for it.

Ilisten2thesoundofdrums · 23/11/2014 09:04

I have a one use gap 30% off voucher if anyone wants it?

Elvish · 23/11/2014 09:04

Thanks Goofy

andadietcoke · 23/11/2014 09:05

Thanks mummy2angel. Off to find the DTs' Christmas jumpers that I bought in January for customary grandparent Christmas card photo shoot.
