Has anyone seen The Hobbit DVDs on offer anywhere please?

eatyouwithaspoon · 19/11/2014 18:24

I dont know if this would be of any interest to anyone making a drs kit. I bought the stethoscope many threads back, I ordered a nurses watch with smily face it clips on rather than pins and 4 injection pens on 18/11 and arrived today - seller I used was Leading star £2.54 for all when I ordered - there are other sellers on there. They are very cute - a note of caution I wouldn't give to very young children who might put in their mouth as no idea what the coloured stuff inside them is!

clip on nurses smiley face watch
Im getting some scrubs dressup and bandages for my little Dr to complete set

I've just done a Book People order using AFPINE for free delivery.

If you use [[https://mention-me.com/m/ol/fmk-tamsyn-spooner
this link]] you can get 10% off your first order.

[Disclaimer - apparently I'll get free delivery on my next order, but there's always codes for that so it doesn't really matter.]

eatyouwithaspoon · 19/11/2014 18:46

IgnoreMe they have in Smyths in store (poss online too) as well as Amazon and Ebay all seem around £10 foor the age I was looking for.

cookiefiend · 19/11/2014 19:06

DD loves keys and locks. I remember a toy I had as a child - a big blue plastic padlock with a yellow door in it you could unlock and put things inside it. I cannot remember what it was called. Has anyone seen anything like this? She I'd 15 months so not looking for anything too elaborate.

Thanks.

Ainmnua · 19/11/2014 19:10

Something like this cookie ?

SpaghettiMeatballs · 19/11/2014 19:13

For every £25 spent at Build A Bear you can purchase a £10 gift card for £5. DD got a bear for her birthday and I've made a note of clothes she liked to spend the voucher on for Christmas.

Home Bargains have bath books for 69p. Perfect stocking filler for a baby.

IgnoreMeEveryOtherReindeerDoes · 19/11/2014 19:14

Thanks eatyouwithaspoon

PickleMobile · 19/11/2014 19:17

ilove that would be wonderful, thank you! I have sent you a pm.

Mipe · 19/11/2014 19:18

Nice girls slipper boots at Surfdome, they are £5.99 but the website still has a code for 20% off (I think it's ilovewinter). They match with the £2 socks mentioned earlier too Smile.

PickleMobile · 19/11/2014 19:21

cookie search lock and key toy in Amazon, a few come up here

nodramamama · 19/11/2014 19:21

Cookie a few pennies saved here, weirdly Amazon link too:goo.gl/1WVZk5

Maybe elc would be worth it as you could possibly use a code? They charge £19.99 for the board.

(sitting on hands, my toddler would love this evergreen though he's 3.5)

Prizepudding · 19/11/2014 19:26

Cookie, we have the doorbell house which is lovely but the locks will probably be tricky for a 15m old.

Iggi999 · 19/11/2014 19:32

ilovemonstersinc · 19/11/2014 19:39

Iggi999 · 19/11/2014 19:43

I think they might play more with it since you've got two, can do all the at battles etc? There are loads of extras you can get, obviously! A nice dragon is a must (I got mine from ebay).

afreshstartplease · 19/11/2014 19:44

Ooooo it's tempting

Anyone know what time playmobil are open til

Reastie · 19/11/2014 19:58

Thanks again for dementia ideas. Have emailed lady in questions nearest and dearest to check if she already has a favoured cuddly and will go from there.
