That's strange Marmalade - I just tried 14317 out on an £11 product and it worked for me. A message came up when I entered the code that it can't be used for the Wild Argan Oil range - the cleanser you wanted wasn't from that range, was it?

I also noticed when I was on the Body Shop website just now that the minimum spend for free delivery is £30, as sweetkitty said, not £25 as I posted earlier.

Just a word of warning regarding body shop orders.
My first order was incorrect and had someone else's items in.
My replacement order was trashed.
I gave up and got a refund.

I've had countless orders from Body Shop so far never had a problem

I've also had massive problems with the body shop - sending the wrong items (and not even close to what I ordered ) and then requesting I package those items up and take them to the post office to return to them! As if I've got time for that, bloody cheek!

Body shop are a nightmare. says on their website they deliver to us. then they dont.

They told me to take them to my nearest body shop 10 miles away.
I got there and they couldn't accept it because it was a franchise.
I've ended up keeping the wrong order.

Just a quick heads up- my card has been fraudulently used to make a payment of £480 to Vanquis bank (a credit card company I have never used). My bank is investigating and cards are cancelled but I am wondering if it's somehow connected to one of my bargains. Don't want to worry anyone, but thought I'd better share.
