£25 off a £50 spend at Body Shop with O2 priority moments

DrankSangriaInThePark · 14/11/2014 18:57

Norksenormous- is it a Mamy Penby? The Entertainer had one last year cheap as chips I think? Home Bargains have had them as well.

Dd insisted on having one about 5 yrs ago when they first came out. I paid a bloody fortune for one. (it is quite cute though. It chunters and sings and then yes, a door opens in its belly and an egg pops out)

DrankSangriaInThePark · 14/11/2014 19:02

www.amazon.co.uk/Giochi-Preziosi-MAMY-PENBY/dp/B009AVVQ8K

Sure I've seen it for about a tenner somewhere though.

billiejeanbob · 14/11/2014 19:05

Does anyone know any discount codes for smyths toys?

Methenyouplus4 · 14/11/2014 19:06

I love holidays - I got x4 Orchard puzzles for £7.99 in Saintsbury's.

ChoccyJules · 14/11/2014 19:06

Sorry if this has been covered (have tried to make it through all the threads!) but anyone know what I can get for boys aged 9, 10, 11 and 12? I have sent the godchildren amazon tokens but for the nephews I would like to send actual things. However am thinking vouchers may yet be the way to go!

I always find the younger kids so much easier, so they're alll done.

The person who is looking for good stuff to buy for the shelter - have you tried the chemist? I always think it's going to be expensive but ours has a shelf of childrens gifts which always very reasonable.

Wiifitmama · 14/11/2014 19:06

I have a one use code for 25% off at tesco on their F and F Christmas pjs and gifts. Must be used by Wednesday.

PM me if you would like it.

Also, not hugely bargenous but John Lewis online only have 20% off Polorn o pyret brand Christmas jumpers.

carrietwick · 14/11/2014 19:11

Norksenormous - search Penbo on the entertainer website, the penguins are massively reduced.

ChocolateWombat · 14/11/2014 19:14

Hello. What do we think about the Little Pet Bird Cage? Not sure I've got the name quite right. It seems to be £19.99 everywhere. Is it any good and has anyone seen it cheaper anywhere.

Top tip for Grannies/Mothers - lovely box of 100 RHS Flower postcards for £4.99 on BookPeople instead of £14.99. Really useful as thank you notes etc. I can think of numerous people who would like them and they are a decent present.

carrietwick · 14/11/2014 19:19

Tesco sell the little live pets it's still £20 but they're included on the clubcard boost so would only cost £10 of vouchers if you have any, I thought they were very cute.

daddykyller · 14/11/2014 19:19

Can't rememeber if I posted this already, but there's too much to check through, lol and I do Love this:
Novelty Christmas Cooking Apron-Sexy Santa Claus
I'm getting myself the one with boobs. lol. I figure if I'm doing the cooking this Christmas, I can wear whatever apron I want :p
And they are only only 99p delivered :)

and to whoever was asking about the weird items that came along with their amazon order- there are a few sellers on amazon which have a "free gift" that seems to just come with everything regardless - like a vegetable peeler or a cross necklace thing. I'm sure they must be losing money on most of the items they sell lol...

Had a quick search, and I think it's most of the stuff on this list

And some definitely new things I've found today...

Personalised Christmas Activity Book Gift Bag

from a UK ebay shop (so shouldn't be a delivery problem) - plus they have 100% Positive Feedback, so it's unlikely there will be any hassle.
And the price is £1.70 + £1 delivery

There's a £60 price drop on this on the argos outlet:

Mega Bloks First Builders Super Set
Now down to just £39.99, plus it's brand new With a 12 Month Argos Warranty

And there is also a deal on play.com / Rakuten
where you can get The Lego Movie DVD that comes with a minifigure for just £5 by using the code SPEND10 which takes £5 off the current price,
making it £5 with free delivery

(This code will work in the same way with everything on there as long as you spend £10)
Not sure if you have to be a new customer for that code to work- but simply sign up with a new email address if that is the case :)

And finally - Furby Boom (Holiday Sweater) Limited Edition
Half price on amazon

IgnoreMeEveryOtherFuckerDoes · 14/11/2014 19:20

Tescos are doing 20% off New Look, Itunes, Pizza Express, monsoon gift cards £25 & £50 (taken from HDuk website)

If you buy £20 gift card directly from new look they give you £5 gift card but can only be used from 1st Dec-24th Dec

andadietcoke · 14/11/2014 19:28

Thanks for the Ebay/Argos/MB tip DaddyKyller - I've had my eye on the table on Amazon for ages and then was going to have to buy blocks on top of that.

Wiifitmama · 14/11/2014 19:39

Tesco code gone now

Dirtydancer · 14/11/2014 19:42

Don't know if it's been posted but picked up a frozen dress for my 2 year old and neither her nor I have seen the film but I thought I should buy it as it's on here all of the time! It will do for general dressing up if nothing else and not bad for £5.99. I also got the Playmobil Nursery School Set 5065 for £25, currently on Amazon for £45. Cheapest I've seen it is £35. Didn't know we needed either of those things (plus another £30 worth of stuff!). Putting the Playmobil away for her birthday as we have far too much already.

Also wanted to say thanks for the heads up on the Lidl cellophane. Got a couple of rolls today and some ribbon.

PinkSquash · 14/11/2014 19:42

I managed to make order a Teksta puppy for the DC for £30, it's pre ordered on Very for £60 and I had a code for £30 off £60 with 4R64Y

DS1 has asked for it but I think it'll be safer as a joint gift, hopefully!

lilyloo · 14/11/2014 19:45

Pink squash did you have to open a credit account ? Dd2 wants the puppy so £30 off appeals but I want to pay for it outright.

RJnomore · 14/11/2014 19:45

Bother I've just given up and bought an iTunes card full price in Asda because I was too lazy to go back to boots

Angry with self now.

riskit4abiskit · 14/11/2014 19:46

Anyone else excited about the lidl wooden toys, think they start monday? I really hope they are as good as they look I fancy a garage for ds

RJnomore · 14/11/2014 19:48

I did pick up a really lovely pair of frozen pjs for dd2 while I was there though, £9, go up to age 12. They would make a really nice present for a tenner with a tube of sweets or a chew selection box.

PinkSquash · 14/11/2014 19:49

I already had a credit account lily so used that, sorry, worth a try though.

margaritasbythesea · 14/11/2014 19:53

Woolovers have free worldwide delivery this week. No code it's just there on the website.

thetimeisnow · 14/11/2014 19:56

ah RJ don't feel bad, sometimes we just have to things now for peace of mind!
Try and think of all the bargains you've got so far and still to come. Thanks

YaMasYaDaWithAWigOn · 14/11/2014 20:12

The penguin that was reduced was called Penbo I think, £7.50 in the Entertainer.

I have the Festive Furby, it's so cute! If you have iPhones/iPads you can also get a Furby app so you can feed them and even make them do a poo on the toilet Xmas Grin

RJnomore · 14/11/2014 20:31

Aw thanks the time, that was really nice.
