snappybadger · 06/11/2014 15:15

Gutted that the playmobil ark has dropped in price as I paid more for it :( only paid £29.99 but still it grates to miss out on the lower price!!!

BuddyKringleberry · 06/11/2014 15:32

When did you buy it snappy badger? I've emailed amazon before when that's happened to me and they've refunded the difference x

IHeartKingThistle · 06/11/2014 15:38

YY to that snappy, they refunded me the difference on the Secret Safe Diary last year.

Sleepstarved · 06/11/2014 15:40

ELC code toys20 won't stack with birthday code (generously provided by Cookie, thank you, have PM'd you) will it?
Am I getting discount greed?

Cambiodenombre · 06/11/2014 15:56

Quick question. Has anyone managed to get a playmobil fire engine in asda sale? Saw it in advert today but online is still full price and local store refutes all knowledge of the offer

Ivytheterrible · 06/11/2014 15:56

Anyone looking for a marble run?

Look at trix tracks on amazon. Some of the sets are around 50% off and they are nice wooden ones.

SolomanDaisy · 06/11/2014 15:59

How much is the fire engine supposed to be in the Asda sale? It's down to £25 on amazon.

rallytog1 · 06/11/2014 16:01

Gutted to find I only have a green jojo voucher - I'd convinced dh to let me buy a cashmere Christmas jumper for 18mo dd on the basis of massive discounts. One may just fall into my basket anyway though (and a skirt, and tights, and Christmas pj's...)

LinzerTorte · 06/11/2014 16:05

Dreams Have you tried SAVE15 for 15% off at the Book People? I posted this earlier today:
SAVE15 gives 15% off until midnight tomorrow. I've just got it to stack with SPEND10 for free delivery (although it says on the website that SPEND10 can't be used in conjunction with any other offers; I used SPEND10 first and then SAVE15 and it applied both). Otherwise, try AFTADAH for free delivery.

Cambiodenombre · 06/11/2014 16:07

It's £20 so not a huge saving on Amazon but I'm more annoyed it's avdertised but not available.

JessesGirl · 06/11/2014 16:13

Argh I twitched on the Playmobil Ark earlier - I wasn't even planning on getting the DTs Playmobil ever!! Then I went RL shopping and spent waaaayyyy too much Hmm Ahh well Grin
I have a Kindle code if anybody still needs one and there's £10 off a £50 spend at New Look with WINTER1 valid from 17th - 30th November.

PamelaEwing · 06/11/2014 16:14

Found a couple of codes for magazine subscriptions, could be good for gifts?

Country Living ~ 12 issues for £24 (saving £23 apparently)

House Beautiful ~ 12 issues for £18

PamelaEwing · 06/11/2014 16:15

Soloman I saw the Playmobil fire engine instore in Asda yesterday for £20

SmileAndNod · 06/11/2014 16:19

The jojo vouchers - were they part of the double set - one for you, one for a friend? As mine are two colours. Is it not a lucky dip discount in store?

ilovebargains · 06/11/2014 16:22

Can anyone find me a cheap perfume ... Cacharel Lou Lou Eau de Parfum Spray for Her 30ml ... pretty please x

SpottyTeacakes · 06/11/2014 16:23

Not this year smile

SmileAndNod · 06/11/2014 16:29

Am I talking about the same vouchers then? I can't see a discount mentioned on my tickets, just that there's an event with a goody bag? Is this it? Much as I love their stuff I've not been well this week and don't want to haul myself into town for nothing!

SpottyTeacakes · 06/11/2014 16:30

Yep same one

SmileAndNod · 06/11/2014 16:45

Thank you. Pretty sure mine are blue and yellow but sadly never much to choose from in our local store. Might be able to get some clothes for dd in there for Christmas though

liquidstatehasrisenagain · 06/11/2014 16:47

dammit I had a blue voucher and recycled it as I am holiday this week and can't make the event... Sad

FannyFifer · 06/11/2014 16:48

Toysrus code £5 of £30 spend.
BIRTHDAY9 Smile

Ivytheterrible · 06/11/2014 16:52

Are there any mothercare codes? Need a new car seat for dd so can't be a elc toy code.

zipzap · 06/11/2014 16:56

Anyone doing photo gifts there are some good offers on Tesco Photo at the moment, for one week only - www.tescophoto.com/photo_offers

  • half price canvas prints
  • mugs for a fiver
  • free extra pages in photobooks
  • free calendar if you spend more than £50

The extra bargainous bit about these tends to be that you can pick up in store for free - postage can often be quite a bit from other places when they send you things like canvas prints, mugs, etc

Having said that, I've just gone to have a look at photobox to see what they charge for delivery and they've got free delivery if you spend over £30, up to 76% off canvases, up to 65% off calendars and diaries and 2 for 1 on cards when you spend over £20 on them - but the prices still seem quite expensive if you're buying just one or two of things, they might work out better value if you're buying lots of one thing!

imsureineverdo · 06/11/2014 17:10

Ilovebargains it's 14.99 in boots, is it this time of year that they do they fragrance vouchers with your receipt? Worth checking?
