I'm in Scotland and I didn't get my bodyshop card either. I'm still waiting for a response beyond the email I posted above. There is no mention on the small print on the page of some areas not getting them. I have had the card here for the last two years.

I'm going to threaten them with some advertising ombudsman (which I will google in advance)if they come back to me with "wrong area" bullshit.
