Tired now - how did you get that flaviurly deal for £4?

MsAspreyDiamonds · 25/10/2014 18:53

Anotheronesoon · 25/10/2014 18:55

Hi thanks for this thread I'm really enjoying it. I just wanted to say that today I saw a post on local fb page that a local lady had ordered something from a seller on ali express. In her parcel was a hand written note saying " I slave, help please". I just wanted to highlight that sometimes what we think are too good to be true bargains have a cost somewhere and unfortunately in order to sell at such low prices, costs have to be cut somewhere. We can all make our own minds up about what we do with our money I just wanted to put it out there! Smile

scopeisawesome123 · 25/10/2014 19:08

In Argos If you spend over £15 on selected bBarbie items you get the fashion set for half price £5 odd. Which is very good and extra outfits always come in handy.

Went rl shopping to morrisions and they had lots of nice gifts. A dinosaur that roars and moves it's head, a remote control 120cm crane, remote control police car, wooden construction toy, monster high set, puppy in a bag. All for ten pounds each.

andadietcoke · 25/10/2014 19:12

iheartkingthistle yep, very easy. I cancelled last month after they forgot to send me a box for the second time, and then they didn't bother to say that the price had gone up; just took out more money.

temporaryusername · 25/10/2014 19:24

Thank you for the beers info Thurlow. How does the Flavourly thing work exactly? Can you cancel straight away (ie. just pay for the beers) or do you have to pay for a month?

Scaredycat3000 · 25/10/2014 19:32

Another Do you have a link? Just after last years Slave labour hoax's I get suspicious. I'm sure there are slaves, just don't think it's as easy as cheap goods means slave labour.

These minecraft toys from ebay
m.ebay.co.uk/itm/141362557632?txnId=1032253962004
Are all CE marked and seem identical to the ones in Smyths. Arrived in a week.

GerbilsAteMyCat · 25/10/2014 20:04

You can see the CE mark on the other side of the label in the picture of the sheep. If that helps at all.

pmcp15 · 25/10/2014 20:19

Just to let you know 1 litre Baileys are £10 in Asda until Monday, just what the doctor ordered after all the bargain hunting [thigrin]

Callofthewild · 25/10/2014 20:20

Does anyone think thebookpeople are likely to do another 25% off code in the near future? Bought some books for Christmas presents a couple of weeks ago with the 25% code but now want to get the Julia Donaldson sets for a couple of upcoming birthdays. Thanks.

losersaywhat · 25/10/2014 20:20

Can't see if anyone's posted this one already but The Book People have £5 off a £30 spend and free delivery with MYGIFT code. Valid till midnight on the 27th.

Also I ordered the Good Housekeeping subscription mentioned on one of these threads. I done it a week ago and got my free Pyrex baking set today. It's great, worth the 9.99 subscription. Thanks

WildFlowersAttractBees · 25/10/2014 20:22

temporary I cancelled the day the beers were delivered (about 4 days after ordering iirc?) and they've took no further payment since
Contemplating another box actually!

TiredNow · 25/10/2014 20:30

And I think you can if you're a new customer or a new email address!

TiredNow · 25/10/2014 20:33

margaritasbythesea Its this site - www.flavourly.com/beer/

And use code MLVB10

Should take it down to £4, cancel when the beers arrive if you don't want to carry on the subscription

temporaryusername · 25/10/2014 20:45

Thank you Tired Smile!

PamelaEwing · 25/10/2014 20:47

The bacon jam from the Flavourly box last year can be bought in Tesco for £2.99. Makes a great stocking filler/gift for a difficult-to-buy-for family member!

Theonlyoneiknow · 25/10/2014 20:53

Thank you to the poster who mentioned the dolls pram on amazon!!
