i ventured into nearest sainsburys this morning. its only a small one and currently undergoing renovation, but they had the offers on and different toys on the aisle ends.

I only got dd the sainsburys exclusive pinky pie equestrian doll £13.32 and a monster high lagoon blue £8.49. SHe already has far too much for Christmas and my poor boy teenagers have a pack of tissues that look like £50 notes each 29p from b&m really must start buying for them.

oh also got a medium sized wooden fireengine for 12 months and up £2.49, they had police cars as well. I brought mine for a frinds sons first birthday, but we don't have any small children to buy for anymore. Christmas is just a sea of topshop/topman/Hollister and superdry vouchers with a few iTunes vouchers as well.

IHeartKingThistle · 23/10/2014 13:59

I'm presuming the Very £30 off £60 code works on sale stuff? Great bargains if so - there's a £140 Hornby train set half price which with the code would be £40!

Chimchar · 23/10/2014 14:00

I'm proper 'lol' ing here at the Tim thing! Grin

Thanks Reastie and everyone for posting their bargains.

I'm after adventure time bits for my dd. She's nuts for it. Found some socks on eBay yesterday but they were £9!!!!!!! No chance!!! So if anyone sees AT tat around, I'd be most grateful!

marne2 · 23/10/2014 14:00

Just got lots of parcels including my body shop order, very pleased with how fast it came and all the goodies I got for £20 Smile.

Smyths toys have quite a few bargains, loads of loom band sets ( sadly my dd's got bored of loom bands after a few weeks ), lots of jewellery making kits and some my little pony.

IHeartKingThistle · 23/10/2014 14:07

Ooh and also on Very the playmobil noah's ark is £35 down from £60. Wouldn't that make it a fiver???

JerseySpud · 23/10/2014 14:07

Thank you Reasite Thanks

OutThereLil · 23/10/2014 14:08

trikken · 23/10/2014 14:13

Another thread already. Got most stuff for the kids now. Am wondering what to get for my 80 something yr old granny. Thinking slippers are probably a bit naff.

Alexaa · 23/10/2014 14:16

Got all of my DTs stuff, still struggling to find things for DD1 (7) and DS1 (11). Made my list and now waiting for family to ask.

Waitingonasunnyday · 23/10/2014 14:20

Trikken, I have 2 80-something grannies, this year I've got them nice coffee table books from the Book People. One about birds and one about gardens. I am hoping they like them, so hard to buy for them.

eastmidswarwicknightnanny · 23/10/2014 14:20

Thanks for new thread.

Just got MB order wish mine had loads packaging gift box where both baubles were placed was wreaked but baubles ok so they are fine as gifts n nice for £5 each really.

chocolaterainbow · 23/10/2014 14:21

Can someone talk me out of buying these minecraft cube cushion things please but both DS would love them - especially if they're solid enough to sit on, the 30cm ones. Annoying that the 20cm ones are so much cheaper. twitch

Notso · 23/10/2014 14:22

Massive Thanks for the GLTC code. It worked on the items which were already discounted.
Also Thanks for the reminder about Boden emails, I had two so two nice presents mostly paid for by dear old Johnnie B.
Finally Thanks Reastie for the new thread.

Fluffycloudland77 · 23/10/2014 14:22

Thanks Reastie

Howaboutthisone · 23/10/2014 14:23

Thanks so much once again!

Photobox have offer on calendars at the moment - they seem to be cheaper on mobile site than desktop though? Also SPEND35 gets you 30% off if you spend £35.

waithorse · 23/10/2014 14:26

New thread, very exciting. Grin

summersanta · 23/10/2014 14:30

HopeAndStories · 23/10/2014 14:31

Thanks Reastie and everyone for all the bargains again Thanks

My Google glasses came today. Took me a while to figure out what they were Blush Grin

My refurbished iPhone came yesterday and it's great. With the new case I've just got for £2 off Amazon, it'll look like brand new :)

HopeAndStories · 23/10/2014 14:32

Also, yay for Waithorse finally getting to finish the thread! Grin
