I think someone was after Marvel Mashers figures. I've just ordered this electronic wolverine one for £11.95. It is cheaper than the normal one and has lots of extra bits.

Just bought some right bargains from sainsburys. 10pot set of playdoh for £3.99 (they had full size tubs for 60p but only in red and white)
I wanted to get ds a little tea set. Ended up getting tea set, kettle, toaster and saucepans for £6

Also little cars that you pull back and they go forward for 90p thar are perfect for stockings.
I think I saw soft frozen dolls too but can't be certain.

WildFlowersAttractBees · 25/10/2014 20:58

Yes thanks for the Flavourly code. Just ordered for my Dad's birthday in November.

Dreamstosell · 25/10/2014 21:06

Found this code for £30 off a £60 spend as a new customer on Isme.

KittyMouseRocks · 25/10/2014 21:31

Yes Limb I can definitely work with these to get what I'm after!!! You're a little gem! ThanksThanksThanks

BettyOff · 25/10/2014 21:31

Has anyone seen a cuddly dinosaur suitable for a nearly 2 year old on their bargain-hunting travels? I'm after that, some bits from Jojo and Joules and a mini-micro and any savings will be much appreciated and go towards stocking up on the cheap Baileys

This thread is a lifesaver so thank you all so much. It's the first year I've started shopping before December and it's saving a fortune not doing it all last minute in John Lewis!

Next I'll be after you all for christmas tree, lights, decorations and general house-pimping bargains!

GerbilsAteMyCat · 25/10/2014 21:37

Playmobil Pony Farm Advent Calendar £8.50 from Tesco

IHeartKingThistle · 25/10/2014 21:40

Betty Sainsburys have nice cuddly dinosaurs, well they did last time I was in!

lucysmam · 25/10/2014 21:44

Oh help! My dad has just sent me an email attatchment (sp?) showing a set of four stacking mugs that, when stacked, show a New York scene....these that he thinks would be nice for my sister and her bf who are currently rennovating their first house.

They're a tad outside the token gift for adults budget we usually set.

Any ideas where to get similar but £15 cheaper?

lucysmam · 25/10/2014 21:45

sorry, very rude post Blush

tia for any help Thanks

Littlemousewithcloggson · 25/10/2014 21:46

Advent calendar out of stock

TiredNow · 25/10/2014 21:48

Betty what about this cute one from Clintons?
Think there is £5 off if you spend £15 too with code SAVEOW

WheresTheCoffee · 25/10/2014 21:48

I wanted to say a massive thank you to Reastie and everyone who posts here. DP has recently been signed off work and we are facing a very lean Christmas this year. I've been following the threads and as well as being a friendly place to hang out, I've ticked off most of Ds's, DD's and the families Christmas shopping (bargainously of course). So Thanks all round!
Smile

KittyMouseRocks · 25/10/2014 21:52

Do any of you lovelies have any experience of these crayola light things and if so are they any good? Cheap on Amazon at the mo.

Margaritte · 25/10/2014 21:53

Betty in Asda they have dinosaurs. As part of their 2 for £14. I thought they were quite nice.

RJnomore · 25/10/2014 21:57

Ooh thanks for the flavourly code, DH is getting interested in craft beers and ipa so I will add them to his Christmas hamper this year.

I was at the big Christmas crafts show in glasgow today definitely not bargainous and as usual I bought the prima bag for £4 which has a copy of this months mag and lots of gifts - soap, porridge, tea, Hama beads, scotch tape, a weird mixture.

Anyway the soap is lovely and it's from an English company called bronnley, not cheap but a really nice present and code CITRUS13 will get you 1/3 off if you buy anything.

Notso · 25/10/2014 22:01

BettyOff not sure what your looking for in a dinosaur but my 2 year old fell in love with this from Home Bargains. They had other types too.

BuckskinnedAstronaut · 25/10/2014 22:05

lucysmam, you could maybe buy plain mugs, inkjet waterslide paper and do it yourself? Although I'm not sure how much cheaper it would be once you've paid for all the bits.
