What's the sainburys double up? Is it double value nectar points? I never use my nectar points as they aren't worth much but if I find a sainburys on my travels( don't have one for at least an hours drive!) that might be worth it.

I was just in Sainsburys and it was fine. There was loads of stuff left and there was someone restocking the empty bits already. Only a few of us perusing the aisles and we were all very polite.

That was Edinburgh, Cameron Toll if anyone is up my way.

I behaved myself and only bought the thing my 6 year old ran towards and then begged pleeeeeeeeease, pleeeeeeease, mummeeeeeee. My DH was there so quick distraction and he ninja'd it out of there.

You're all tempting me into having a look at sainsburys tomorrow and see what's left. I'm hoping my experience will be like RJs !

My Sainsburys was manic. I was glad DH took the trolley and DS2 and stood well away, only those without trollies could move, those with trollies reached a stalemate. The shelves were empty and the staff weren't going to risk themselves in je scrum.

I was in poundstretcher earlier and they had nice little gift sets with a foot lotion and pair of fluffy slipper socks for £2.50 each, picked up a few for teachers presents.

Might go for a look in sainsburys after the gym later even though I swore I would not twitch and buy DD any more toys
