Thought this was a good price for a kitchen for little ones who aren't quite big enough to reach a normal toy kitchen. My DD used to enjoy hers.

LikeSilver · 19/09/2014 10:30

Sorry! Wrong link above. Kitchen here - www.amazon.co.uk/gp/aw/d/B00J23IMYC?pc_redir=1408242121&robot_redir=1

If anyone spots any happy land deals can they post them please? Baby DS loves it.

Greenrabbit · 19/09/2014 10:57

Debenhams are running Co buying offer on gift cards. The more people who buy, the more they are worth. They cost £15, but are currently worth £26. If 250 are sold they are worth £30. There are 300 available
cob.uy/a6d62c

They ran the offer last week and the card was emailed a few days after the offer finished. It was valid to mid March and could be used online or instore. T&C are in the link. The link I've put on is my referral code, but if you look on their twitter or Facebook it's also linked on there. It's called 'share to wear'
I'm going to use mine for Christmas presents once they start there money off offers.

BabysComingHomeForXmas · 19/09/2014 11:21

Hi after reading this thread I've decided to set up a baby bargain thread for anyone that's expecting or has young babies or babies to buy for as I didn't want to clog up this thread with baby stuff. Please feel free to check it out.

RiverRocks · 19/09/2014 11:23

Gatekeeper how about a t-shirt?

This site has 2 different t-shirts every day, unique designs, and they quite often have anime on. I'm afraid you have just missed the My Neighbour Totoro ones, but they come up regularly.

The site covers all sorts from Disney (I bought a Frozen one for myself), Harry Potter, computer games (It's one of those post-apocalyptic ones today, I have no idea what it's called, with the Big robot thing and the little girl, but they also do Pokémon/Pacman/), tv programmes (such as Supernatural/Futurama), I love going on to see what they've got, as they're quite unique.

OodneedsanOod · 19/09/2014 11:24

Dh just asked if I'd heard of AliexpressGrin

admiralclingus · 19/09/2014 11:43

my aliexpress snow white dress that some lovely person upthread found for me arrived this morning. The dress is gorgeous! I erred on the side of caution and bought a 110cm one for 90cm child. Tried it on dd who is similar height to child its for and it barely reaches her knees Sad gutted cuz i thought i was being clever going up 2 sizes!!!!

If anyone has o2 priority, i noticed this morning there's an offer for a free pack of colouring pencils from whsmith, and also a free collins dictionary. Might be useful as stocking fillers for someone?

Also a code for 15% of captain america toys in the disney store through priority as well

Gatekeeper · 19/09/2014 11:50

RiverRocks some corking t-shirts on that site; have voted for the one I want to see next.

Greenrabbit · 19/09/2014 12:03

On my post about the Debenhams gift card offer I should have said when 225 people buy they will be worth £30. ( not 250 people). There are currently 207 buyers so not far off.

Yama · 19/09/2014 12:16

Greenrabbit - I bought a Debenhams giftcard through your link. Don't know if you get some sort of credit for that. Hopefully.

Greenrabbit · 19/09/2014 12:22

Thanks. Yama. I doubt I'll win the prize, but I just thought it was a great deal anyway.

Flynn84 · 19/09/2014 12:25

hiya guys just to say I am receiving my Aliexpress orders and so far im impressed the outfits I bought my DD's are nice and quality is good. I'm still waiting on my baby Sven and my frozen dresses but I received my plush Olaf and Anna and Elsa's yesterday and they are fantastic. My Olaf has the official genuine Disney patch on his foot and it looks like it was actually made in the Disney factory but is a 'second' as his black buttons down his middle aren't straight. My anna and elsas also have the Disney store tags and official lables again they look like 'seconds' as their heads seem a little floppy otherwise they are perfect! and considering I saved myself a fortune this is one happy mummy :)

IAmAPaleontologist · 19/09/2014 12:38

Anyone have any suggestions for cheap board games? We are planning on getting a stack of them for the dcs this year. Picked up Sorry for a bargainous £10. After stuff like Articulate for Kids, Trivial Pursuit family edition, Labyrinth etc. Maybe some of the MN faves like Ticket to Ride or Carcasonne. Dcs are 7 and 5 (and 2 but I don't think he really counts in this present!)

Home Bargains have a mail ordee service now.

RubyFlint · 19/09/2014 12:44

Thanks green just signed up! In the T's and C's it looks as though the card can be used against pretty much anything in the store. Initially I thought it was just for clothing. Doh!

Greenrabbit · 19/09/2014 12:48

I should have said Ruby. The only exclusions are buying more gift vouchers or paying bills (I think). It's almost up to 225 people! It sold out really quickly once it got up to that this week, so if anyone is thinking about it I would grab one now.

Greenrabbit · 19/09/2014 12:49

*last week, not this week.

IAlreadyToldYou · 19/09/2014 13:09

Gatekeeper, I haven't read the full thread so don't know if you've been answered already but I have an 11 year old dd into anime and I picked up a book from the works about all the different anime characters, if I remember correctly it was £4.99 from £20 odd. I'll try and dig it out and tell you what it's called. Also going to get some of the anime dvds like spirited away.

Greenrabbit · 19/09/2014 13:14

The Debenhams gift cards are now up to £30! There aren't many left. See my earlier post for more details. They only cost £15 so are a good bargain.

lucysmam · 19/09/2014 13:17

IAmA, if you're not bothered about branded games, Wilko do their own range of board games. We've got Frustration (think that was a fiver), connect four was three quid, a hangman one that was three quid (comes with letter tiles and a plastic man to build the hanged man with). They did their own version of guess who for about a fiver as well but my dad bought us the all singing all dancing, lights up & makes sounds version Grin .

They had stuff like own brand kerplunk as well & one called Humpty Dumpty that your little one might enjoy even if they don't understand it. You basically build his wall & then try to knock bricks out without killing Humpty...my four yr old builds it just to knock Humpty off the wall! Think I paid four for that one.
