Valerie I got lovely Christmas jumpers for the dc last year in Sainsburys. I saw them, ummed and arrred about them and when I went back they were almost gone. I got one for ds1, was fluke I spotted one for ds2 a week or two later that I think was a return.

So I'd say if you see some you quite like - get them and keep the receipt to return them if you find something better!! Otherwise you risk having none at all...

Wibbly and looby, There was def Christmas bedding in my local Dunelm. There was a stand of those annoying animated dancing snowmen etc and also had some lovely Christmassy fabric and wipe clean table cloths. oh and wrapping paper!

Oh and I kept meaning to ask , did anyone from last year have any problems with customs charges? I had 2 bills last year (one from a secret Santa delivery which was a bit awkward!). I didn't order much from china last year and it does put me off a bit this year hasn't stopped me completely as I don't know what to expect.

Regarding the argos 3 for 2

If it is on all toys, amazon will generally recuse toy prices by a third to match which is great if you don't want 3 things. I bought loads when they did this last year.

John Lewis is also matching amazon prices it seems as their lego friends are much cheaper than argos
