Thread four already.

As previously, if you shot a link in the OP links isn’t working/no longer in date, please let me know by posting in bold so I can easily see to update Thanks

Ahem, I can’t actually remember if I updated the links from 2 threads ago. I think I have, but I’m not sure. If you spot any links that don’t work and you’ve already told me please tell me again in bold Thanks and sorry.

I've managed to get as far as half way through the last one (I know, I know, could do better) so if there's anything you think from the last thread that got missed off please let me know and I'll amend for next one.

About camelcamelcamel, from business week:Often, Amazon offers discounts of more than 30 percent that last only a few days, accounting for the hump-shaped graphs that inspired Camel’s name.

Marmaladecat1 · 18/08/2014 08:52

Topsy and Tim have a Christmas sticker book on pre order on amazon it's £3:99.

lucysmam · 18/08/2014 10:42

daddykyller, somewhere upthread Reastie said she'd just realised why it was called camelcamelcamel...I know what it's for...not a clue why it has it's name though Grin

lucysmam · 18/08/2014 10:45

Right, I have an aliexpress question. Has anyone bought an Elsa dress for an older child? My seven yr old is the size of an 11year old ish (sometimes 12-13 clothes Shock ). I'm not entirely convinced if I order her a dress, it's going to fit so am debating making hers myself.

(also, those who bought smaller dresses, what size did you go for for four year olds? Mine's in a mix of 2-3, 3-4 and 4-5 clothes & my brain's going Confused

Reastie · 18/08/2014 12:03

Hello, sorry, I haven't been kidnapped by camelcamelcamel, I've just had a really busy week end!

DH said it's because a camels back is up and down, like the prices on amazon. I'm assuming that's what it is unless there's another reason. Now I know I can't believe I spent so long thinking it was such a random name. There, you can all look like you knew all the time now glad I clearly wasn't the only one who didn't realise

Jakes of Soho are running another 40% coupon, enter SUPERJAKESL7 at checkout. Offer valid on non-clearance items only. V expensive usually but with 40% off code much more reasonably priced. My DH loves the tshirts so I've just bought two for him to put away for Christmas.

Reastie i thought you had made it camelcamelcamelcamel then....

chubbychipmonk · 18/08/2014 13:17

Just got a Studio catalogue through the door, childrens onesies £5.99. They had Batman, Spongebob, Superman, Thomas, Minnie, Disney Princess & Frozen ones. 24studio.co.uk

scrappydappydoo · 18/08/2014 13:41

Just to say about the Hudl - they are releasing version 2 in September so that is why it is discounted now. If you want to a more up-to-date version it may be worth hanging on for a bit.

freedom2post · 18/08/2014 15:32

Have just preordered two Topsy and Tim sticker books and a copy of Zoo.

Thanks Marmaladecat1
Thanks 2organised

yumyumpoppycat · 18/08/2014 16:18

Oh thanks for info about hudl scrappy - in that case it might even be worth people hanging on in case it comes down further, it is only £19 cheaper than RRP at the mo but obviously there are other deals bringing it down further. Here is some info www.pcadvisor.co.uk/news/tablets/3492557/tesco-hudl-2-release-date-price-specs/ The camera seems likely to be improved so if that is one of the functions it is needed for def wait. We are v happy with v1 for our 8 yo ds though.

scrappydappydoo · 18/08/2014 16:29

Same goes for any offers on Disney Infinity - new one coming out for Christmas. Although version two will not be available for Wii just Wii U. Which I'm gutted about as the only console we own is a wii and what has dd2 asked for christmas (I won't even give you 3 guesses)

ASpiderInTheBath · 18/08/2014 17:20

I bought the playmobil school bus and ambulance today from tesco - £15 from £30. I also bought some My LittlePonies - tthey were bogof so effectively £2.50 each.

Talking of disney infinity, if anyone sees the game figures (sorry not sure of the proper name) reduced would you please let me know (for the xbox 360). Missed them last time when they were £5 on amazon and haven't seen them as cheap since!

yumyumpoppycat · 18/08/2014 17:28

scrappy whats the bet that's exactly what nintendo are banking on for people to have to upgrade Hmm maybe they will have a good wiiu deal in amazon black friday...?

VirtualPointyHat · 18/08/2014 18:25

Thanks for Snapfish deal, thats DGran done!

freedom2post · 18/08/2014 18:46

Anyone know where I can get a personalised water bottle?

Dd1 spotted one with her name on it as Asda so now Dd2 wants one but I think I may have to order it for her as I doubt I will get one for her off the shelf.

DrankSangriaInThePark · 18/08/2014 18:55

I've just chucked the studio catalogue away but loads of personalised stuff in there.....with lots of discount. Think you have to open an account but you can then pay outright.

freedom2post · 18/08/2014 18:56

Oh the water bottle is for Christmas as I told her she can write it on her list for Father Christmas to stop her meltdown in Asda (she's 3!)

She also wants Peppa pig chatter box if anyone sees any deals ...

freedom2post · 18/08/2014 19:52

Thanks darksangrin (hope I've got the right - am on phone so can't scroll) but I can't see a personalised water bottle on Studio Sad

Barbeasty · 18/08/2014 20:01

Freedom if you Google "personalised water bottles uk" then lots of places come up, although they might need one each because lots seem to include photos as well as text.
