Thread four already.

As previously, if you shot a link in the OP links isn’t working/no longer in date, please let me know by posting in bold so I can easily see to update Thanks

Ahem, I can’t actually remember if I updated the links from 2 threads ago. I think I have, but I’m not sure. If you spot any links that don’t work and you’ve already told me please tell me again in bold Thanks and sorry.

I've managed to get as far as half way through the last one (I know, I know, could do better) so if there's anything you think from the last thread that got missed off please let me know and I'll amend for next one.

Love these threads so much! Here's my contribution -

Shakespeare Box Set

Shakespeare Stories for children box set of 16. I've not got mine yet but been told they're good for age 6+. Been re written in "normal" language but still got all the gory bits etc. Should be £79 and Amazon have them through third party sellers brand new for around £11!!

SarahAndFuck · 17/08/2014 17:25

Recently I used an offer on Facebook for this site easy art which was for a free print worth £9.99 when you sign up for their newsletter. Although actually, you end up paying £3.99 for postage but the prints are good quality and there's a nice selection to choose from.

They come in a triangular cardboard tube and wrapped in tissue paper, and they would make a nice gift if the offer is still open.

snappybadger · 17/08/2014 17:46

scrappydappydoo if you do go for the telescope for your dd The Book People have this set of two stargazing books in their summer sale for just £2: www.thebookpeople.co.uk/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/qs_product_tbp?productId=304350&storeId=10001&catalogId=10051&langId=100&topCatId=134748&categoryId=134750&pageNumber=2&filters=0134750

Not necessarily a Christmas bargain but there's an app called "free prints". You get 45 free photos a month delivered and just pay for delivery. I just ordered 45 photos and paid £2.50. I intend on getting some lovely albums and finally getting them all organised full of photos of DD Grin

JerseySpud · 17/08/2014 19:27

Home Bargain had Christmas coasters and placemats in today.

306235388 · 17/08/2014 22:51

Just got a monopoly travel set £2.99 down from £7.99 at Argos they also had guess who and scrabble

daddykyller · 17/08/2014 23:29

Camelcamelcamel is just like a price tracker for amazon stuff.
It's not much use for the other stuff that comes via amazon though, as I don't think it watches the delivery costs of those. Useful if you are getting the sold by and shipped by amazon stuff. They will ecen send you an email if you set a price of a particular item. You tell it what price to watch for then it emails you if it hits that price.

YaMasYaDaWithAWigOn · 17/08/2014 23:50

Those looking for Lion King DVDs, there's a seller near me that had some in a while ago. She has a stall in Ellesmere Port but will post items out as well. here's a link to the DVD on her page might be worth messaging to see if she has any left. They're £4 each for the Diamond Edition version. They are proper DVDs too not copies.

yumyumpoppycat · 18/08/2014 02:02

Possibly already mentioned but tesco have clubcard boost on at the moment - incldes some toys such as lego. There is also a code for £15 of a £75 spend (all customers) and £5 off a £30 spend (new customers) www.hotukdeals.com/vouchers/hot-tesco.com-1#1957784 . We bought ds a hudl for his birthday mainly using our double up'd clubcard vouchers and the £15 off voucher plus we tracked for cash back on quidco or tcb (can't remember which one) . Loved this thread last year thanks reastie!
