It's our first Christmas at home this year. I'm very excited as I love cooking and am looking forward to doing Christmas lunch with all the trimmings. But I'm now wondering what to actually cook, as there's just me, DH, and two DCs who love a roast but probably won't eat a full adult portion between them. Seems a bit daft to buy a whole turkey. Can you freeze cooked turkey to eat cold at a later point?
