Leilandri I'm anticipating that the Disney Planes stuff will be in the Sainsburys toy sale this week (rumoured to start on Wednesday, rather than the usual Thursday), but, rumour also has it that not all toys will be included this year. As it's this week, it's probably worth checking there first. The hotwheels-esque track thing has terrible reviews so I'm hoping to get a nicely reduced propwash junction set instead. If all else fails, Boots has them in their 3 for 2 gifts so you may need to hunt in there a few times in the run up to Christmas. Argos tend to have a selection on the displays near the tills and they should have another 3 for 2 on toys in the coming weeks. Can you tell what my two DS are after for Christmas?!!

I have been the first person in the Sainsburys toy sale queue here for the last two years (having been the night before to write a list of what I want) and I can't go this year, following DH's death - no childcare. It's going to be weird being at home and knowing I'm missing out on lots of bargains.

Thanks folks. That's very kind. DS's godmother has suggested that I drop the boys with her dh while we both go but it would be rather early, in order to buy lego. Someone mentioned that they restock mid-morning so I'm hoping I might be able to find out roughly when that is so I can go while Ds2 is at pre-school!

On a brighter note, I collected the bargainous e-reader case that was delivered to store at Cath Kidston today, linked on a previous thread. It says £24.99 on the ticket and I think I paid about £7.50 - thank you!
