The majority of the free gifts are smellies though. I'm sure by the time my trial periods have ran out and they notice I've cancelled the dd I would have used most of them if I was using it myself. And what would they do with hundreds of pairs of muddy wellies. Apart from that, I've signed for nothing, let them prove I received the free gift.

I've been looking for cheap Dr Martens for my DD and have just grabbed this pair for 39.99 from MandM Direct. They have quite a few different pairs in various sizes, all very bright and cheerful - some a bit more cheerful than others!

All are 39.99, a saving of £75 and I haven't been able to find any elsewhere for anything similar in price so very pleased.

Thanks for clubcard voucher advice, it is £20 worth! Them chap said he couldn't credit my account as they had no proof I hadn't already used them. They expired in February and may though so a fair while ago. Had a look on MSE and most people have had the same experience as me, been told that two years is plenty long enough to use your vouchers and if they have expired then tough but I am going to call back as we did actually move house last year in Dec, plus had a baba so notifying them of my new address wasn't top priority. Worth a shot!!

I am putting some in one of the Hobbycraft baskets as part of a bigger hamper.
Some curry ones are going in two Balti dishes I bought from Poundland along with 2 bottles of tiger beer wrapped in cellophane.
I have bought a recipe tin for a family friend and am putting a couple of packs in that.
On Amazon there is a very small basket for £2 something, it's an add on item but it would be perfect for the spice packs to go it.
Last year I bought some sweet ones and gave them in plastic mixing bowls with a wooden spoon.

Whilst we're on magazine subscription faff, I haven't heard from Hearst magazines in over a week. I'm not sending them anything back. I hope they don't try and take this further though because they've been rubbish at communicating.
