And that thread title's an order!

Thread 13 now, unlucky for some but hopefully lucky for us.

Keeping things same as last thread - if lost then see message 2 on the first page for the codes/info collated from previous threads (to save slow loading for those using phones).

Second message hasn't been updated with new offers from last thread as you are too chatty for me, will do better next time.

Book People doing 3 for 2 until 11pm, just had email.
And you can get Boots points on other brands, like Nectar are doing. You go though their Treat Street site.
I got points from Currys ordering new iron (boring) and just had email saying get 2 points per £1 spent at Clark's - might be worth it for those buying kids winter shoes and saving points for Boots beauty advent calendar, like me Grin

I (well, I say I) have a furby boom. AFAIK the furby does furby-esque things whether you have the app or not. We haven't d/l it yet and still have to keep the furby in the biscuit tin when it goes off on one. I think the app is just a cute extra (I read s/th about holding your phone over their heads and they have a shower or something?) but not necessary for pure furby-behaviour.

Thanks for the Power Rangers tip, DS2 will be chuffed :)

Does anyone know if Celtic & Co ever do money off codes etc? I'm am v much hoping that DH and my mum might club together for a pair of their boots for me for Christmas but any money off might help to persuade them! Grin

Jojay · 15/10/2013 14:49

Issynoho, another thank you for the power rangers tip , ds2 will be v grateful!

zipzap · 15/10/2013 14:49

kryptonite tk maxx had lovely bed socks in last year - I got several pairs as presents and I might have kept some for myself proper woolly ones that keep your feet warm - unlike the fleecy snuggle ones that feel wondrously soft but aren't quiteas cosy and can be a bit more sweaty.

They are also great for kit hen things so worth keeping an eye on for a mandolin (for a moment I had visions of your gran strumming away on the other sort of mandolin!).

And if she wants a handbag mirror, poundland have had some really cute sets in for ages with a very neat compact mirror, tweezers and nail files with sweet retro or Japanese designs. All for a pound (I've got them as stocking filler presents for my mum, Sid and aunt). The plastic wrap they come in looks cheap but if you take them out and wrap nicely they look great. Plus advantage of being a really neat mirror - some of the more expensive ones are bigger and heavier.

Or go uber cheap and pick up a superdrug points card - one side is mirrored, can live with your credit cards.

asda have toy sale on

I haven't heard from L'Occitane yet. Paid by Paypal and no refund yet. My order has disappeared from my account history so expecting to hear something soon. They normally honour their glitches, ah well.

giraffeseatpineapples · 15/10/2013 14:52

My waitrose had sylvanian border collie family and lollipo lady sets reduced to half price today. I got the family set for £4.99, unfortunately dd was with me so it will have to be a birthday gift!

giraffeseatpineapples · 15/10/2013 14:56

lovely looking wooden dolls house for £35 on asda sale

giraffeseatpineapples · 15/10/2013 14:58

thanks just because I can, was worried I had totally missed the point on furbies!

insanityscratching · 15/10/2013 14:58

In Tesco today packs of character pants were half price, so £2.50 for five pairs. Saw Disney Princess, Tangled, Moshi Monster, Hello Kitty, Ben 10 (and others that I didn't recognise) Handy for stockings if like me you put such stuff in.

PoppyWearer · 15/10/2013 14:58

(((((Isaac)))))

Not a "bargain" but M&S have some lovely tins of shortbread and other biscuits in Christmassy tins. There's a musical Christmas tree one and a snow globe. They have a 3-for-2 offer (normal price £10 each). Might be good for teachers, office colleagues or neighbours?

Has anyone been in ELC today? I drove past one earlier and I thought I saw the half-term toy sale poster in the window. But it's not half term yet?!

QueenLucia · 15/10/2013 15:00

Ikea wooden mini kitchen on offer at the moment- its a lovely looking kitchen, I wish I had bought one- think DS is too old now... £90 reduced to £65.

giraffeseatpineapples · 15/10/2013 15:12

The musical christmas tree biscuit tin from M&S was £5 last year, might be worth waiting. Was a sweet present though and def perfect for teacher gift.

Gooseysgirl · 15/10/2013 15:18

XFF520 code for 20% at Matalan until 20th Oct (sorry if it's already been mentioned, hadn't time to catch up on rest if thread yet!)

Reastie · 15/10/2013 15:21

Goodness me I go to work with 150 or more messages left and look what happens!

new thread here only includes stuff up to last night I'm afraid as haven't had time to update latest chats, but will add it on to next thread which won't take long the rate you go

just ordered this for DS2 and DD1 as a joint

www.very.co.uk/little-tikes-cookin-creations-wood-kitchen/743717156.prd?pageNumber=4

The cheapest I could find it elsewhere was £165

I also opened a credit account and used code 3WKLJ for £30 and used quidco for cash back so cost me £116.96 with delivery so I'm really pleased! It's saying 3 weeks for delivery but as long as it's ordered I'm not in a rush

HereComesHoneyBooBooDragon · 15/10/2013 15:28

But we've been really good and posted useful stuff

frosty21 · 15/10/2013 15:35

nobloodymore - I ordered the same kitchen last year as a joint Christmas present for dd1 and dd2 (2yo and 5yo at the time).

They love it. They cook playdough and all sorts in it. Its a magnet for every child that walks in the door and it still looks in great condition with no bits broken - the clock did get pulled off by my friends enthusiastic 3yo the other day but was soon fixed with no problem!

I've wasted so much money on plastic kitchens since dd1 was born, I wish I'd just gone straight for a more expensive wooden one from the beginning - would have saved money in the long run!

Weemee · 15/10/2013 16:27

Morrisons are doing 15% off itunes vouchers Smile

PoppyWearer · 15/10/2013 16:31

£5 for the M&S biscuit tin? Ooh, I'll have to go and buy some more!! Grin

PoppyWearer · 15/10/2013 16:32

PoppyWearer · 15/10/2013 16:32

Too tempting.

PoppyWearer · 15/10/2013 16:33

Can't think of anything witty, gah!

PoppyWearer · 15/10/2013 16:33
