dangerousmouse we had this a few years ago for the dinosaurs. That one I've linked to is on ebay, I can't find it anywhere else. I originally bought it in Smyths but they dont seem to do it anymore. I'll keep looking

Does anybody know where I can get cheap puppets from? We are getting DD a puppet theatre but I don't want to pay loads for puppets until I know she will play with them enough.

Only just managed to get back on her, damn kids keeping me busy.
My blazer and bag arrived yesterday, am disappointed but suppose it was my own stupid fault for going off piste and getting the peplum one.
It's rubbish, unlined and so thin I can see through it. Tote I choose is crap too, am sending both back.
And then the cat sat on DD1's new fleece I got in the M&S sale and picked threads out of it so now that's ruined before she has even worn it.
On the up side Letterbox rocking horse arrived for DD2, DH has put it together and it's lovely and choc tasting club set arrived to go in DH's stocking.
Oh and DD1's Brantano boots bargain are great but mine were not.
About half way through shopping already and saved a packet thanks to you gang, so

For all the people who have bought the cheap necklaces from eBay, can you link me the one you think would be nicest for a nine year old girl... I have no idea what she likes but from meeting her once I'd say she is a typical tween :) surely they like almost grown up stuff like jewellery?

These are the wooden pots and pans I bought last year from Asda to go with my DD's pink Asda kitchen. They've been great and really hardwearing and she uses them all the time. You get 2 plates, cutlery, frying pan, lidded pot, spatula, spoon and salt and pepper. currently half price at £12.99

I had a look on you tube to see just how pink those pink furbies are. There's a video showing the 2012 furby colours, just shown on the shelf in a shop, & at one point you can see the price ticket of £22.99. So I think the amazing price is about right, not a great bargain?

I was trying to work out if ds would be happy with pink - this is the only way he will afford one!

those of you looking at furby - i brought one in May from ebay excellent condition and it was £29 - bright yellow (my little ones fav colour) so its worth looking on there tbh i think for some they are a five min wonder - so people sell them on

I just bought a Raa Raa set for DS for 37p!

It says the box is a bit water damaged but the figures are fine (he's only 2 anyway, he's not going to notice but if its really bad, I'll take them out and wrap separately - maybe for in stocking)

Postage is expensive at 4.62 so altogether its £4.99 but still a saving (I've seen the sets at £10-ish)

Zulily have gorgeous gorgeous PJs HERE, especially the ones priced at £9.99 IMO (but they only go up to 4-5 years, I could cry! DS wears 5-6!)
