Apparently because they're made from hair, rather than wool, they don't make your feet sweat and because hair is smooth and silky, bacteria doesn't stick to it so they don't smell. They're quite expensive, but get good reviews. I bought some for my brother a couple of years ago and he loved them.

Frisky check to be 100% sure - but I have returned items before using their online returns service and it was just a case of print a returns label, attach to parcel and hand over at post office.
