Special festive title for spottyteacakes Grin . Here we go people, the THIRD bargain Christmas thread for 2013 already . Please forgive the fact that so many sale and amazon products aren?t individually linked or are linked but price may since change by the time you click on it - so many of them are out of stock and amazon seem to change prices on an almost hourly basis (it feels like) on a number of items that were previously linked to. As usual please tell me if any of these links/codes don?t work or if there?s anything particularly you want to be in the next OP (assuming there is another Wink ) how would I do any shopping without you now

Thanks for all your help in helping my christmas shopping in 2013 be once again bargainous Grin

Marks & Spencer's have 20% off clothing today. I have a feeling their sale starts tomorrow too. I got a couple of multipack Tshirts for DC.

chirpchirp · 19/08/2013 09:54

Thanks ratbagcatbag - I've had £14 of credit sitting on my Groupon account for ages and this is perfect! That's DS's birthday sorted.

Snowgirl1 · 19/08/2013 09:55

Slainte thanks - I've ordered the Elemis & apothecary stuff

Olivo thanks for the Studio code, I've just ordered some personalised pencils, swim bags and - the best bargain - 5 packs (60 cards) of Christmas cards for £1.30 (after the 10% discount), which works out as 2p a card! The cards are in their clearance section. The original price was £4.99 per pack of 12, so hopefully they'll be okay quality.

I think you need to spend about £25 before the free postage/10% off code will work though.

Snowgirl1 · 19/08/2013 09:57

SunnyIntervals I'd say Red is ideal for 30+ (or maybe late-20s+)

Platespinnermum thanks for the Red subscription - have ordered for SIL

GiddyStars · 19/08/2013 11:35

Cake for this thread, thank you!

I have ordered the robot which looks fab and a few other bits and bobs. It was out of stock but the order went through ok.

To report back on the Vertbaudet code (amazing), I got a tshirt for DS2 which was about £2.50 and the free toolset and then did another order in my husbands name cheeky and must remember to cancel it, he will kill me if I get him spammed anymore and ordered swimshorts for DS1 for £4 and the free teaset!

Both items of clothing they need and were in the sale and 16% off still worked and free delivery and the free gifts look lovely (you can google pics). Absolute bargain, so cheers to whoever posted that!

num3onway · 19/08/2013 11:37

Anyone seen any good deals on that robot dog?

whoneedstosleep · 19/08/2013 12:09

Body Shop have 35% off if you buy 2 or more items until midnight.
Free Delivery over £20

I've bought these 3 saving £11

whoneedstosleep · 19/08/2013 12:10

Sorry code is 14672 for Body Shop

Snowgirl1 · 19/08/2013 12:14

If anyone has to buy a pressie for someone who's a cycling fan, I've just bought a year's subscription to Cycling Plus for DH for £11.99 and got £6 cashback through quidco from myfavouritemagazines.co.uk

There are loads of different magazines (sport, gaming, gadgets, photography, film, craft) and the person you've bought it for can switch to another magazine if you've bought one they're not into. You can select the month the subscription starts through to Feb.

With the cashback from quidco, you get a pressie worth £36+ for £6

SpottyTeacakes · 19/08/2013 12:29

Snow when I had a look it was only a three month subscription?

ValiumQueen · 19/08/2013 12:31

Snowgirl I think you will find the £11.99 is a quarterly subscription, not a year.

supermariossister · 19/08/2013 12:46

about to put an order through with vertbaudet, i dont think there is a pay now option do you just open a new account then pay it in full when statement arrives, its only for £3!

GiddyStars · 19/08/2013 12:54

super there is an option, it says 'pay now via credit or debit card' I think. It's underneath the bit where it wants you to open a credit account. I paid upfront.

SpottyTeacakes · 19/08/2013 12:55

I can't get any codes to work on Vertbaudet?? I put it in where it says order number and nothing changes?! I'm getting very Angry

Snowgirl1 · 19/08/2013 12:57

Arrgh! I'm such a numpty! How did I miss the word 'quarterly'? Sorry folks - not such a bargain after all. Full price £54.50, subscription price after £6 quidco cashback £41.96

ValiumQueen · 19/08/2013 13:00

Snowgirl can you cancel after 3 months? You may get the gift still so still a good deal, just not as good.

ValiumQueen · 19/08/2013 13:04

I can't get anything to work on Vertbaudet. I think I might just have to give up as I could not get the robot either Sad

I have however bought two sets of the 21 rainbow magic books at 12.49 each, plus a 99p bath book to get free postage. 43 books for £26 delivered, which is pretty cool Grin

I have also downloaded the no socks app so that should help me keep spends to a minimum. In theory anyway.

supermariossister · 19/08/2013 13:06

just phoned up and paid over the phone for the girls happy price t-shirt with free gift of tea set came to 2.50 odd . the codes are showing on hot UK deals Wilk try to link but on phone

GiddyStars · 19/08/2013 13:08

Sorry valium Sad

It worked ok for me, I thought I would try it on sale items and it went through fine, took p&p and % off and asked if you want the teaset or tools (the tools are out of stock though so I don't know if they will send those or something different).

If it's any consolation I'm usually the one this shit doesn't work for not smug at all Grin

Books are a great deal though.
