Special festive title for spottyteacakes Grin . Here we go people, the THIRD bargain Christmas thread for 2013 already . Please forgive the fact that so many sale and amazon products aren?t individually linked or are linked but price may since change by the time you click on it - so many of them are out of stock and amazon seem to change prices on an almost hourly basis (it feels like) on a number of items that were previously linked to. As usual please tell me if any of these links/codes don?t work or if there?s anything particularly you want to be in the next OP (assuming there is another Wink ) how would I do any shopping without you now

Thanks for all your help in helping my christmas shopping in 2013 be once again bargainous Grin

Haven't read the thread yet but have just bought my ds a play kitchen from groupon for £19,99 instead of £49.99. It's only on for another 2 days and it's a limited amount.

WaitMonkey · 19/08/2013 13:48

Can anyone re-post the Imaginext code for Smyths for the goodie bags, please ? I can't find it, thank you. Thanks

WaitMonkey · 19/08/2013 13:56

Spotty/Valium are you putting the code in the blue box at the bottom, with the orange title ? Try 5561. I've just tried it and it gives the same offer as 5569.

LaTrucha · 19/08/2013 14:06

Don't forget the Lego in today's mail. It looks good, although it comes in a plastic bag not a box.

JustBecauseICan · 19/08/2013 15:10

Re: the Works codes....I emailed on Saturday after my code wasn't accepted (though it kept saying "applied") and got an answer today saying "no voucher codes can be accepted on multi buys" (mine was the 6 books for a tenner thing.

we sacrificed all principles to get the mail today, and DS is thrilled to bits with his lego plane! Had he not been with me, i would have saved it for a stocking filler, it's perfect for that. definitely getting the other ones this week, despite needing to make a special journey to WHS for it - anything to keep DS occupied whilst DD naps...

BuffyFairy · 19/08/2013 16:23

I emailed Home Education about not being able to order the robot and got this reply:

Unfortunately due to an irregular pricing error the item was withdrawn from stock until the error had been rectified. This would be the reason why you were unable to complete your order during the weekend.
I do apologise for any confusion caused however the pricing error has been rectified to its valid price of £39.99 (ex. VAT) on our website.

I hope they honour the orders that did go through.

vix206 · 19/08/2013 16:26

Wow Buffy. It took them a long time to notice their 'error'!!!

vix206 · 19/08/2013 16:28

Just checked email and they haven't contacted me yet about my order. Hoping they will honour the orders that were put through.

SpottyTeacakes · 19/08/2013 16:29

HmmI hope they honour it too. I bet they don't though as legally they don't have to Sad

98percentchocolate · 19/08/2013 16:34

What was the vertbaudet offer please? It sounds great but I can't find it!

vix206 · 19/08/2013 16:35

It's true they don't Confused

I run my own website and in the past we've made a similar mistake but we noticed it within 2 hours and only had to let down 3 customers. Pricing was supposed to be £55 and we had it as £5.50 ShockConfused

Never repeated that mistake Grin

SpottyTeacakes · 19/08/2013 16:38

Oh they're going to cancel it aren't they I was excited about that!

vix206 · 19/08/2013 16:41

It's a strange error to make though isn't it? In wondering if the sale price was actually the wholesale cost to them... Either way I guess we just have to wait and see. Hmm

BuffyFairy · 19/08/2013 16:50

Fx for you all. It's a rubbish error given that it was up for so long. The rectified price is higher than most other places are selling it for as the £39.99 excl vat!

Just ordered from 24 studio for the first time. Lots of cards and wrap at clearance prices. I used code 054.

vix206 · 19/08/2013 17:01

Well. Based on the fact it is now showing as in stock I think they aren't going to honour orders. I think they've just reallocated stock from our orders back onto the website at the new price. (Which is £47.99 inc VAT) ShockShockShock

GiddyStars · 19/08/2013 17:03

Oh Sad

Well, if it's too good to be true and all that...

Is anyone brave enough to email / phone and ask about our orders? chicken

GiddyStars · 19/08/2013 17:04

Will the money just automatically be refunded if they can't honour the orders?
