Need to buy gifts for little boys aged:

6 months
2 and a half
7

Have absolutely no idea! The 7 year old is a football fanatic, if that is any use?

Thanks in advance. :)

7 - GoGo crazy bones (collectors set or starter pack)
Football/scooby doo/horrid henry annual.
Horrid henry audio cd.

2.5 - Books that have sound buttons down the side - got my nephew a gruffalo book and my ds used to adore his thomas and spot books like this.
Brio train track - if he already has some get additional bits lke the water tower or different trains from thomas series
Simpler annual - disney cars/spongebob/peppa pig.
Any kind of sticker books - dinosaurs, transport,animals...

Baby - clothes yes he probably has hand me downs, but pj's and baby grows tend to get stained and it's nice to have something new of his own.
story books such as hungry catterpiller - you can get a puppet one now.
baby einstein dvd - my ds loved this from a young age and watches it even now!

Thank you for these. DD1 loved Horrid Henry, so we've passed all of those down to the 7 yr old already - but an annual is a good idea.

What are Crazy Bones?

Crazy Bones are the first edition of GoGos. IME, boys like the latest of things so they can swap with friends. The latest GoGos are the superstars ones which cost £1.99 a pack and have 2 GoGos and 2 stickers in. There's a collector's book that goes with them that they can put the stickers in.

My DS(7) loves GoGos, Match Attax ( again there is a collector binder that they can store them in ), anything Manchester United ( recent birthday he got MU goalie gloves, stationery, football boot bag, lunchbag ), puzzles ( car or map ones especially ), football annuals and actual footballs and tennis balls. He went off Lego about 6 months ago. His friends are really into Hexbugs at the moment, but I have bought nearly all of them this pocket microscope as its soooo brilliant. Has been very popular.

Sorry didn't answer your GoGo q properly. They are little plastic creatures that each have a number on them, and have special skills or powers attributed to them. There are some that are more rare than others, hence the swapping. You can play games with them, flicking your opponent's ones over etc, or you can clear out whole shelves in your bedroom and create GoGoLand with all the GoGos lined up and colour coordinated. You can then scream the house down when the cat jumps on the shelf and knocks them all over.

Thanks Taffeta - he would absolutely love the microscope!

it's okay - there's no cat so the GoGos would be safe! Grin

They're all gogo crazy bones. But yes there are different series and unless he is already collecting a particular series probably best to get the latest series or a gold collector set.

I tend to get mine here as I buy in bulk and use them for rewards. Ds is getting a whole box of the new series as an xmas present. He'll be opening packets for all of ten minutes all morning Grin

LOL gillybean - I bought a box of superstars ones for the advent stocking. Grin

ooh that's an excellent idea. I may well do that too in one of his. They would fit perfectly, one per pouch!
