It's my favourite movie EVER!

I get shivers when I hear O Holy Night in our country chapel on christmas eve, so very moving. I also love to hear the children in school sing Away in a manger. For a Christmas party you cant beat All I want for Christmas is you.
I hate hate hate fairytale of New York simply because I did spend a Christmas in New York! I was there for a year and whilst I had a great time, I'll never forget ringing home on Christmas Eve and everyone in our house taking it in turns to come on and speak to me. I was trying to sound cheerful but cried and cried when I hung up!

I like all Christmas songs and I like the one that goes "snow is falling all around, children playing having fun. It is the season of love and understanding - Merry Christmas everyone!" I think it's Shakin' Stevens (?).

My favourite carol is Oh Holy Night (a popular choice, it seems! :) ), and I love Josh Groban's version of it.

For the kids, it has to be the Barenaked Ladies version of Jingle Bells, and my favourite Christmas song is between Stop the Cavalry and A Spaceman Cam Travelling.

Anyone else ready to admit they've had their Christmas playlist on in the car for a week already?

My favourite Christmas songs are from my own youth. So , Merry Christmas Everybody (Slade), and I Wish it could be Christmas Everyday(Wizzard). Not everyones idea of classics but they take me right back to the school christmas disco.

My favourite carols are O Holy Night, and the Candlelight Carol. The one that always makes me cry is the one I can remember my late mum signing.....O Little Town of Bethlehem.
