Prayer Request Thread

I thought it would be nice if we could have a thread where people can put prayer requests for us to pray for.

Obviously if it's urgent or going to have lots of discussion then do start your own thread; this isn't meant to stop this.
But this is for those smaller things that you would like prayer for, that don't feel significant enough to start a thread about.

I need to stay in the locality where the Lord has placed me, but would like a home with an open fire and a bath. Obviously having any home at present is more than many in the world have, and I’m not ungrateful, but I would appreciate a home with these two amenities, if the Lord wills 🙏🏻

My wife has been in hospital for a few weeks. She is well enough to come home but will need carers. Please pray that the local council will organise carers quickly.

I pray that one day I will reconcile with someone who I cared deeply about who has hurt and humiliated me, but who is a child of God regardless and still has my prayers.

Giving grateful thanks to God that the right people were in place at the right time to help a wonderful man of God during a medical emergency. He has taught me much over the years. Praying for a full and swift recovery. 🙏.

My wife came home on Christmas Eve and we have carers four times a day. The carers are excellent. Very caring. Anne, my wife, is building up her strength and confidence now she is home

That is a beautiful and compassionate prayer. It takes great strength and humility to hope for reconciliation with someone who has caused you pain. Your willingness to see them as a child of God and to pray for them reflects your grace and faith. May your heart find peace and, in time, may the path toward understanding, healing, and reconciliation open up, whether with them or within yourself. Keep holding on to that hope.

Could you pray for my daughter please? She’s 6 years old and has been fighting a tumour since she was 3 months old. Please pray that the treatment will work this time and that her cancer never returns. She’s an amazing little girl and she’s been through so much already, Thank you!

Please pray for me that I will have a BFP and carry to term this cycle. I test in a few days. It’s my 7th cycle but nothing to show for it.Holding on to Isaiah 54. 🙏

Giving grateful thanks to God for His Grace and softening my heart towards those who recently committed a crime against my family. Violators, thieves, criminals ... I hope they all had mothers who loved them. Hoping too that one day, they will make the right choices, become broken-hearted over their crimes, make reparation for their crimes, and seek Jesus. Vengeance belongs to God. Thank you to Him that it can all be left at the foot of the Cross. 🙏

I will pray for this, for you and the person you care about. In fact, I will also pray for everyone in a similar situation. I came here to ask for the same prayer! I am feeling very low tonight. I have found it hard to see what God asks of me in this situation, or perhaps more accurately I haven't always been asking that question. 💛
