Constant burping

This feels like a silly question but anyway. DD is 3.5 and for the last few weeks she has been burping constantly. It's ridiculous, it's all the time! Nothing in her diet has changed, she doesn't drink fizzy things or anything like that. It doesn't seem to bother her, she'll burp mid sentence and carry on talking for example. But it's so frequent, not just after a meal but all day. She's also farting more but nowhere near as much.

Could this be diet related, even though nothing has changed? Reflux (she's never had reflux before, not even as a baby)? Is there a point where constant burping is worrying? Or am I being ridiculous?

@flippityflip I actually started a new thread about this after DD vomited and I think it was caused by the same thing. I got some useful responses.
