My son Alex was diagnosed with ALL (Leukaemia) in July and we are making our way though the 2 years of treatment that are given here in the Netherlands.

It's a shitty journey but together we'll get through it.

You have loved your boy so much and he was very lucky to have you as mum.

There are no words I can say to make you feel even the tiniest bit better, but please know how sorry I am that this happened and that I am wishing you lots of love xxxxxx

I think, in a couple of days and if you are in agreement, I will start a new thread. After this very sad news it seems appropriate to leave this as a tribute to Will's fight.

I agree twunk. Whilst I have nothing to update at the moment, it would feel somehow wrong to carry on on this thread. And it would be awful if one of us, or someone new, needed the support and felt awkward posting.

My thoughts are still with you min
