Scan date 01/06

Still haven't heard anything, there still telling me it's not even with a DM yet, just getting more stressed as I'm seeing more and more coming back after our scan date I'm going to try again Monday to see if it's progressed any further

does anyone know what the chances of declines are, Im new to this and only seem to have read everyone's awards, which is absolutely fantastic. I'm just getting so nervous as time goes on. Convincing myself im going to be decline for my 11 year old

I know exactly who you are on about, my LO has just been assessed with them and for anyone wondering the clinic is named on my tiktok account!

I also am feeling like this, I’ve seen quite a few declines on fb but not so many here.
I think it often falls down to who’s desk it lands on as have seen some declined for things you wouldn’t expect to be and then others saying they were awarded with no evidence etc. X

@Cocopops22 I was awarded Wednesday 11th, received backpay on Tuesday 17th and 3 sets of letters on 20th - 1 was award letter, 1 was notice of receipt of MR and 1 was the MR being overturned. Xx

@Rosey1992 i was declined back in August, did a MR in September and was awarded HRC and LRM last week

I'm also 6th and phoned Wednesday , their systems were down at the time so they couldn't tell me much. He told me to call back by 23rd November if I hadn't heard anything by then. I've had 2 texts and one letter. ( Sorry to jump on I know your reply wasn't for me) just haven't seen many other people with the same scan date as me. Feels like the wait has gone on forever!

I can see a pending payment for Monday!!!!!!! I had myself convinced we would be declined. We are in the referral process for ADHD which in itself has been a battle.
My scan date was 16/6. 18 weeks yesterday. Went to DM on Tuesday xx

Ahhh it's such a horrible wait. It's the not knowing isn't it. Yeah I've not sent much evidence I might send some more information as i think I have 2 or 3 weeks left to wait x

@NurseMumKR congratulations! I'm same scan date for my twins. No decision was made yesterday morning. Does anyone know if they would send a text on a Saturday if they award today? That's if they send a text at all.

I haven't had a text yet can just see the payment pending. I'll let you know if I do receive anything. Hopefully you won't be kept waiting much longer.

I have seen on an FB page that im on that people have received award texts at the weekend. Apparently they have an overtime team working mainly from home at the weekends cos of the massive backlog they have.

@Cheesywiggles I feel like I've been waiting forever! Now the 15 weeks is up I'm more worried about s decline. Hopefully not too long to find out now x

Deffo feels like forever , I know exactly what you mean. I was feeling pretty positive but also worrying about a decline now. 🤞 We both get good news soon!

@NurseMumKR congratulations! I'm the 15/06 , praying I wake up to a payment Monday too ! Does anyone know how you can see incoming payments with lloyds bank?

Morning all my scan date is the 21st June had 1st text 30th August 2nd text 19th September rang yesterday morning and it still wasn't with the decision maker 🙈 this wait is so stressful I'm 17 weeks an 3 days today...hope we all have some good news next week 😀

@Jneill2021 im also with lloydes cant see payments until there cleared, i have seen people as far as the 20th being awared its hard to no when it will happen non of our cases are straight forward and all our childeren have different needs, with my son i had to wait 27 weeks because they sent off to the docs for his medical records, the doc had it for 2 of those weeks it was super frustrating ... with ny daughters claim im really trying to hold of ringing i have rang twice my scan date is the 3rd of july and they said 13nov ring back

I am starting to panic!
My 12 year old has hypermobility that causes her daily pain and difficulty with sitting and fine motor including writing. She takes a lot longer to walk anywhere than her siblings or her friends and gets tired very easily. She scored 10/10 on the Beighton scale.
She also has a rare bleeding disorder (hypodysfibrinogenemia) and has very heavy nosebleeds and easy bruising. She is at risk from internal bleeding following even a minor injury so requires lots of supervision. She has also recently started her periods which are ridiculously heavy for a child of her age. The bleeding causes anaemia and fatigue/dizziness.
She has bleeds during the night requiring a complete change of nightwear and bedding about 12 times a month. I have to check her through the night to make sure she isn't bleeding in her sleep.
I applied for DLA (scan date early July) and sent letters from consultants, etc. I am panicking that she will be declined. Has anyone had anything similar who can give me an idea of whether she stands a chance of being accepted? Sorry if this is in the wrong place (I'm new here) and thank you if you've made it this far
