Night lights

My 4 year old son has started getting up at 5 in the morning and not going back to sleep when I tell him too. To him it's always dark at the moment so he can't understand. He has always been great at sleeping till 7 but not anymore. I feel a night light with different colours to say when it's okay to get up or stay asleep would be great as he would understand that. I have tried googling it but nothing comes up apart from standard nightlights. Any ideas greatly appreciated

Does the Groclock do this? I think it stays blue until a set time when it changes colour to say it's time to get up?

I used a digital alarm clock for ds and said he couldn't come out his room until the first number said 7.

With dd I had fairy lights on a timer

Hi @slightlybonkersmum thanks for posting! Just wanted to point you in the direction of our guide to the best night lights. It's made up of recommendations from Mumsnetters and includes options for older children as well - hope it's of some use, please feel free to let us know if you've any feedback! Smile
