where is the best place to hire an aupair

i live in north london
cant seem to have any luck on aupair world.
anyone recommend a good agency or place to search

It depends what you know consider a 'party girl'. Most au pairs will want to make friends, go out, and explore the city. If they didn't then I would be concerned that they wouldn't be happy.
