CM club : any of you use software to manage resources?

Ok I'm not a CM but I imagine some of you must use a database to keep track of plans and resources?

I want a simple, user friendly database where I can put in teaching resources, tag them and when I want a structured activity I can search for something and the database will give me what I want.

Or am I asking for the moon on a stick?
