Software question

Can anyone tell me what kind of software I need?

I have a (fledgling) TEFL business which means I'm investing a lot of time creating resources that can probably be reused. I want to store these electronically but I would like to be able to tag and search them so, for example, I made a set of activities - listening, gap fill, pictures to stimulate vocab, role play cards - about going to the doctor. I want to be able to find those activities if I'm looking for medical or intermediate or TOEIC prep or a type of activity, or a combination of those.

Is there a cheap solution for this?!

You need something that supports file tagging.

Recent Mac OS/X supports tags so if you are on a Mac - sorted!

Microsoft Office files can be tagged, the other Microsoft solution would be Sharepoint [shudder].

Evernote could work for you, or some more focused online Document Management System like Zoho Docs.

Or you could try a blog that supports private posts, file attachments and tags like WordPress.
